I took it a bit further and replaced Mazda with Masserati. And now everyone mistakes it for an italian import

Man i hope my 323 looks half as good as this. I'm going for road performance static drop with a gtx engine fwd only. Debating on locking trans for better grip on dusty az roads.
Hi, should i change anything beside engine? I have 1.6 sohc engine and i want swap to 1.8 dohc(BP)... It's relatively easy but can you give me some more information about it since you are going to do it yourself too ??

Is the chassis of the MX3 the same as in the BG? How is this solved with expert opinions?
It's almost the same.
I also have a mazda 323 this shape but 1.3 litre im slowly doing it up, so does the mx5 lowing springs fit this woth no problems?
These one has MX3 coilovers, so we don't know if the MX5 springs would fit.
Mx 5 suspension is completely different. So no

Can anyone tell me what motor the 1991 Mazda 323 1.6 16v sohc has? I have no idea and I want to do as much to it as possible. For one. The intake , the carb faces upwards, so how the fuck am I supposed to put a pod filter or new intake onto it?
SWAP to 1.8 DOHC (BP) will be a better option if you're looking for power.

@@fotischronopoulos5694 yes, that's right. We've got one more 323 BG project in progress - 1.3 transmission + 1.3 (BA) flywheel + 1.8 SOHC clutch + 1.8 DOHC engine. It's a great relationship, believe me :).

Sorry for missing that Bro. There are some differences if I remember correctly, but the mounts fit P&P.
