Hi Ken, Good information but I have a problem I don't seem to have seen the answer here. So I ran an add on Facebook that was supposed to go on for 8 days but Facebook paused the add after the first day since they couldn't get their payment from my bank account.....I've been trying so many times to pay using my other ATM cards but it still didn't work. Hi Ken, I've noticed that the Chat feature has disappeared over this past week. Is this just for me (i.e. did they disable it just for me) or for everyone? I've been having my ad account locked repeatedly for the last 4 weeks due to "suspicious activity" even though I am using Facebook normally with no ad violations or abnormal behavior. Their support team has stopped responding to me.
