Thank you Mr. Dennis Yu for sharing so much valuable info in this short video. There are agencies out there who are not doing the right thing and their clients have no clue.
Thank you for telling me the one thing I have been looking for. "Each Page Needs It's Own Ad Account!" This is huge. I have really messed up. I had made an ad account for my personal account and then I made a new account with my website and added an ad account. Then, I made another page for my DBA and I have been stuck because I didn't know if I needed to somehow connect the DBA to one of the other accounts (personal/website) or if I needed to create a new ad account. I will try to watch some more of your videos b/c I have several things going on. I would also like to create a new pixel for an affiliate program I want to promote and I am not sure how or where to set that up. I have one pixel on my website's page and actually I have used it for my DBA, so I may need to make a new pixel for the DBA and an ad account for the DBA.

Hi Orvil-- depends on the niche you're in. Generally, if you aren't doing things against the ads TOS, you can get the ad account back on appeal. I don't speak English very well but it seemed to me to understand that you say that advertising different pages / webs from the same adaccount can be a reason for banning. Is this correct?? And one last doubt, if I use an adaccount per page / store and for some reason I end up closing the store. Could I use that adaccount for another store in the future? or if the store closes, should I never use that adaccount again? Many thanks. New Sub!
I just started at a new company. I have used Facebook Business Manager to manage my own business pages and others in the past, but now I want to manage a different business’ page in business manager. I have been granted Admin access on my normal Facebook account, but I can’t access the Facebook page or ad accounts associated with it in Business Manager. The page is already owned by a Business Manager profile, but I am not sure who accessed that. Do I need to be granted access to that Facebook Business Manager? I have no idea what the right way to go about this is. I can access the page insights and post, just not in business manager.
@@rafaelperalta5635 Did you get it resolved? Creating a Business Manager shouldn't get you banned. If anything, it will help you when bad stuff happens, since you have a backup account and multiple logins.

My account is all messed up. Any thoughts? The issue I am having is, one day our IG account was removed from our Facebook Page. After investigating, I noticed that our Facebook Business Manager account was also gone. I am the only admin of both pages. When I go into Facebook Business Manager to add me back to the account, it says that it has sent a request to the business manager admin. But doesn't list anyone as the admin. Eek. Any thoughts?
hello, we received a notif that someone is accepted as a business manager on a personal blog page. We do not know that person and we do not have business manager. How do we kick him?
Dear Dennis, do I understand it right that it is not possible for people to join the Facebook Business Manager if the people do not have their personal Facebook profile? We have a problem at our company to give accesses to our Facebook fanpage. Some of our employees dont use Facebook accounts at all.. Do you have any solutions for this? We try to create a fake account like info@....com but we werent successful. The reason was that Facebook algoritm had denied our fake account and wanted to add only a person, not a fake general company profile as a user. Thank you for your advice
I have a question, if any one can answer it Currently I am running my personal fb page and run ads for my business. In future I plan to make a SMMA and for this I have to make a business manager account obviously. So my question is should I make business manager account with my personal fb account or should I make a new fb account one? And would there be a problem if I make a business manager account with my personal account?
No doubt this is an informative video, but the fact is, so SO many people have had issues with FB Business Manager that it's shortcomings are pretty hard to deny. I'm still listed as an OWNER of a page I'm an admin for, which I don't imagine tends to really sit all that well with the actual owners. It should have been multiples more intuitive.
@@SocialMediaExaminer I'm wondering . . .what would happen if I just went ahead and deleted my current Business Manager entirely so that I could start over again? Is there a moratorium on doing so and would there be collateral Facebook "damage" (i.e. would the page I admin for be temporarily or permanently suspended, etc.? The frustration factor is substantial, because unlike Google for example, Facebook has virtually no real customer support.
@@JLThisisMe You could start a new Business Manager, provided you have admin on the underlying assets at the same time. Then delete the old Business Manager AFTER you're done. Yes, Business Manager is still clunky, but it's a super powerful way to manage multiple assets and access controls for many people. And if you're an agency, Facebook's support level is based on spend in your entire Business Manager, so you have an incentive to get all clients in one BM.
I am an agency owner and am working with my first client. It seems like he created a Facebook account rather than a page for his business. Al off the settings are different than in this video. Does anyone have experience working with accounts rather than pages? I'm lost.

@Dennis Yu , you recommend 1 Ad account per Page. (and each Ad account must have separate billing method - correct?). How to deal with multiple pages that i've created by my own? Each page is a different niche (for dropshipping products/stores). How to manage all that correctly? Thank you in advance!
Hi Art! You don't have to have separate billing methods per ad account. It's okay to reuse the same payment source. If each page is a different niche (like a different site), then you'll want to create separate ad accounts. You get one pixel per ad account, so you'd not want to contaminate the pixel, anyway.

Hi, Lisa! A business ID is a number associated with one's business manager account. You can find it here: facebook.com/business/help/1181250022022158?id=180505742745347 Good Luck! -Mitch
Also, we have an article all about Business Manager if you prefer to walk through it in written form. www.socialmediaexaminer.com/how-to-get-started-facebook-business-manager/
do i need to make a new account for this one or can i use my main facebook account?
Hi! Can I advertise different dropshipping stores from the same BM?
Hi Gazry-- many business managers can have access to any particular asset. ut you can have only one owner for an asset.
Don't we have a maximum of two ad accounts per profile?
I have hundreds.
after creating business manager my fb account has been disable.. :(
sameeee did you verify and put your id and everything after?
Exactly.. I verify the email and get banned..
@@rafaelperalta5635 Did you get it resolved? Creating a Business Manager shouldn't get you banned. If anything, it will help you when bad stuff happens, since you have a backup account and multiple logins.
Dennis Yu I didn’t. I actually created 2 new accounts to try the process again, and every time I created the business manager and linked Facebook to Instagram, I got banned. On those same 2 accounts! Don’t know what I’m doing that goes against the norms...
The same thing happened to me
Does each business account have a separate password that my client and I can share?
I tried to create a business manager but it said that there was an error
The same thing happened to me. I kept trying, then I got a message that I am restricted and cannot use FB ads. Did you ever resolve the problem?
I started to create a business manager account for one of the pages that I am an admin on and with this new Facebook Business Suite I am so lost!
my business manger can only create one ad account. how to increase ad account limit.
Facebook puts limits in place, so that people can't just make 50 new ad accounts. Build up history over time and you'll get more.
Who set up the Business Manager? You'll want to contact the admin, who may or may not be the admin of your pages and ad accounts.
Dennis Yu Yep, it is me. I’m the only admin.
hello, we received a notif that someone is accepted as a business manager on a personal blog page. We do not know that person and we do not have business manager. How do we kick him?

So glad you found so much value in it! -Jen
Hey, Can you help me sitting mine up? Thanks.
Can you help me with this please. I been having so much troubles and I can't create a new page because its saying I already have 3 accounts
Can I add the credit card I was using on my personal ad account? I don’t want to get banned thanks
That should be fine. -Jen
Dear Dennis,
do I understand it right that it is not possible for people to join the Facebook Business Manager if the people do not have their personal Facebook profile?
We have a problem at our company to give accesses to our Facebook fanpage. Some of our employees dont use Facebook accounts at all.. Do you have any solutions for this?
We try to create a fake account like info@....com but we werent successful. The reason was that Facebook algoritm had denied our fake account and wanted to add only a person, not a fake general company profile as a user.
Thank you for your advice
Yes, people who are admins of any kind on Facebook do have to have their own personal Facebook profile, whether they decide to use it or not. -Jen
I have a question, if any one can answer it
Currently I am running my personal fb page and run ads for my business.
Hey, Jonathan- no doubt it's challenging and we're regularly trying to figure out how to work with it! -Megan🤓
Dennis Yu Thanks, Dennis. I appreciate the response. That’s just what I will do.
Back again to this very useful video. THANK YOU!
Love it! Glad you find so much value in it! -Jen
I am an agency owner and am working with my first client. It seems like he created a Facebook account rather than a page for his business. Al off the settings are different than in this video. Does anyone have experience working with accounts rather than pages? I'm lost.
Hi Justine, There have been some big updates recently. This article might help you with the differences between Business Manager and Business Suite: www.socialmediaexaminer.com/how-to-set-up-meta-business-suite-and-business-manager-for-clients/ -Jason
Hello @Dennis Yu, Can you help me to fix a problem, when i finished 1st step: enter name and email, 2nd step: when i filled out everything but i received "An error occurred while processing this request. Please try again later", i try more 100 times and 1 week passed until now. i can't fix it even i sent email to Facebook but i didn't get their response, also i search solutions for it on the internet. Please, suggest me anything to fix it. Thank you in advance.
That's awesome, Margurite!
-Megan🤓
Thank you Margurite!, i have been discovered why i can't that and 100% can solve this issue. I must enter in the business list of Facebook so it will let me create and business account, if i name it differently so the error will happened again.
excellent
Thanks!
Sir my account was banned what to do!

Can I have an Admin in the Philippines and the VA can login to her personal Philippines Facebook Account and help us run our Facebook business through the account/business manager access?
Does the Philippines VA need to be on VPN or RDP to hide the VA’s Philippines IP address?

Struggling to understand. I just wanna create a FB manager account, and I wanna run solo.
I followed this video to the last second. It is unbelievable I did not get the same results. All I get is "Your page is pending approval" I have checked my email, The business page, pressed every button possible on business manager and still get no results. Can someone tell me what is the trick? I have spent 4 hours with no results. Thank you
Hey Jose-
It's my understanding it can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks to get a response! I'm sorry I don't have better news for you - I know it's frutstrating.
