Damn, since I grew up with a gameboy in my hand I'm a real sucker for 8-bit music, and this is just pure awesomeness + nostalgia. I could shed tears over how awesome this is. And you really captured the personalities of each pony perfect~ Big, huge praise from me. *and some applaude*

She is blinded by her own self worth and self satisfaction. People who idolize such characters need new role models. It's like fan-girls who adore Justin Beiber even though he drinks and drives, assaults police officers and gets caught doing drugs. You can like a character but recognize she is a tarnished piece of work and don't ignore the obvious. Plus why does she need to sing. Music is about personal expression. Do you want a Rainbow Dash song if all it's about is pride, bloated self image, ill contentment with their life? I'm sure I would not want one.
Let's be honest the the antiheroes or villains of the media always get the best songs. Elsa Frozen, Queen Chysalis MLP, Frolo Hunchback of Norte Dame, Dr. Facilier Princess and the Frog. RD does have a nice singing voice I must admit. SPOILER Apparently there will be a RD solo number in Season 5. Keep it hush hush.
