save it in .kml form and export in ArcMap
Open Google earth, Follow as done in video
The study area is selected in Google Earth.
We need to work on study area in ArcMap Platform.
To do this, the study area is need to be save as kml format
and open it on ArcMap.

You can add base map also. But, every case, you can not point the exact location in base map. You need to use google earth image or scanned image
