    I recently made a double pane window using these joints! It was my first woodworking project, I don’t have chisels so cleaning up the joints was rough but nothing a little wood filler didn’t fix 😂

    I really appreciate the time you put into the framing and sound design of this video! Would you be willing to share what camera settings you used to achieve that stop motion feel?

    I love the marking device. The joint looks great as is, but I wonder if dowels would be advisable.

    • @kiwiworkshop
      @kiwiworkshop  11 месяцев назад +1

      Yes, this joint is commonly pinned with dowels.

    Mache mal eine Schlitz-Zapfen Verbindung mit 2m langen Rahmenteilen !!. Mal sehen, ob das mit der Spielzeugvorrichtung immer noch klappt !?. Und wozu die Schlitzverbindung noch mit dem Stemmeisen nachsetzen ?, wenn du es mit der Höheneinstellung sauber aussägen kannst.

    Why don't you mount two blades on your arbour with a 3/8" washer/spacer in between? Then pass your
    Piece over the blades just one time? Thus creating a consistent 3/8" tenon each time.
    Would that work?
    Seems though that you've got a nice fitting bridle joint already 👊

    Working in soft pine is always such a joy. Especially when you can pretty much just clamp you joint together. Dude do some proper hardwood joinery.

      @@kiwiworkshop same. Or the over engineered biscuit. Cut, glue and slide biscuit it. Then drill through frame and biscuit. Slide dowel in with glue, cut and sand. 🤣🤣🤣 *Highschool shop teacher: you didn't have to go through the extra steps.
      ~Me: true but I want to make sure this thing never comes apart, unless you have an hncalibrated hammer. 🤣🤣🤣
