- Cynthia Wenz was the troubled teen girl that many pregnancy resource centers encounter - raised in a dysfunctional family, promiscuous, using drugs, and searching for love in all the wrong places. Pregnant at 15, her mother paid for Cynthia’s abortion because “if your father finds out, he will kill you.” Cynthia had two more abortions in her later teens and twenties. After her third abortion, she was horrified to hear from a clinician that they probably hadn’t gotten everything. In the follow-up ultrasound, they discovered that Cynthia was carrying twins and the second baby was very much alive. That reality transformed Cynthia’s life forever. In this interview, Cynthia will share her powerful testimony. Cynthia is now an amazing pro-life advocate and former president/CEO of a pregnancy resource center.

Speaks volumes of that OB to just "terminate" a baby because she is bleeding. Absolutely abhorrent that these "doctors" go to killing before healing.
And SO sad I was so distressed I didn't see or know that was NOT how to diagnose bleeding. UGH. I bled through all subsequent pregnancies of healthy delivered babies and later learned unexplained bleeding and low birth pre-term babies are all symptomatic of post-abortive women. Sigh. Women need information not quick fixes.

This story is literally my story., 21 years old sweet child of mine and a grandchild was forced out of my life exactly like this story and every single 💔 😔 😢 year 💔 😢 it hurts so so adversely. 💔
Forgiven and Set Free saved me as a lovely Bible Study to encompass all the pain of our choices. I will pray for healing and all the links Focus on the Family offers could be of help to you as well. When I give my testimony I find that I am not alone, I pray it brings you comfort knowing I have walked in your shoes and the Lord has brought Redemption and healing. You are not alone and I pray the Holy Spirit comforts your heart.

It never leaves you. I’m 75. I totally relate to her. I think of my baby all the time.
And each year we think of their ages, we imagine what they would look like, and we are reminded of them when we meet women or men the age our child would have been. Then we say prayer, we tell the Lord we trust Him, we think of the day we'll meet them in Heaven and then we go about our day. Healed, Redeemed but always in Remembrance. I hear you Mary!
