    Sorry the slime is removed by steaming. Contact a Liberian woman from Nimba county for more information. Washing with lame removed all peculiar smear that makes snail eating a joy

    Do you break it? That’s not how it s done. Ask a Liberian woman.

    • @EyaAyambem
      @EyaAyambem  2 года назад +1

      We just cut off the tip and push out the snail. How is it done in Liberia?

    • @theobedcommunityshow9282
      @theobedcommunityshow9282 2 года назад +1

      We don’t break it. We force a pointed stick or iron between the shell and where the snail’s head comes out. We then twist it to roll the body from the shell. It’s very simple and easy. Ghanaians and Nigerians broke the shells. But they saw Liberian refugees doing it differently without breaking the shell.

      @theobedcommunityshow9282 2 года назад +1

      Hello,@@EyaAyambem. Please see “How to de-shell giant African Land Snails.” A Ghana lady does it just as Liberians do it. Ghana has the largest Liberian Refugee Camp. She probably learned it from there.
