drivesync is very underated, it can sync base on file type. I used it to upload whatsapp document from my phone to folder that categorized based on type (.pdf, .docx. .pptx, .xlsx, etc), and I connected that to my tab

Noto. I use Not Everything. Same possibilities, plus: you don't have to place a tag to search through all notes. Checklists. Durable Checklists. Photo note. etc.etc.

I don't know if this works for you but I just recently downloaded ruppu and I love it. You can have your notes or pictures on your notifications page
