Showing emotions towards the property is the really bad thing to do.
You r giving the courage for salesman to stick with the his price.
Walk a way is the one tricky things buyers do to make the salesperson feel losing the buyer, it works most of the time but when you see that the price is not going down you know that “that’s the final price”.

In the uk you tend to have to offer the asking price or more as it’s a sellers market , is this the case in Ireland?
