Spot on, when sold my last house I could have thrown some of the obvious time wasters out of the door , it was incredibly frustrating and annoying the amount of people looking around my home who were clearly either not really interested in buying it or just not in a position to buy it.
Estate agents should really weed these people out before bringing them to the house.
I am pretty sure some of them were theives casing the joint.

I would make the agents show them around, because the prices they charge, I'm not doing it. The last time I tried to sell my flat there were only three viewings, one wanted an outside entertaining space, and my balcony is about 20" wide, so only for show, not at all practical. The second one, had their own agent sourcing a place for them. The agent came and looked, then persauded the buyer to come and look. They wanted a four bed place, mine was two doubles and a small single. I could not believe they were bothering to bring these people. I am glad I was out for the visits and not wasted my time being there.

My offer has been accepted twice for two different properties. Both sellers pulled out at the end... I was bloody serious and committed they were not.

@@MoveiQ Been watching you & Kirsty for over 20 years Phil.
You inspired my Mum to move to a different Location where she & i was very Happy.
And you also gave me the confidence & the knowledge I needed to sell my Mum's House after she had passed away & move into my own new home.
Without you I don't think either me or Mum would of found the buying & selling process easy.

The seller is refusing to answer my questions about some potentially serious issues raised in the Homebuyers Report. Should I gazunder them?

Pray tell, what seller will take anything other than cash.....unless he is a mortgage provider himself perhaps?
