That was very nice. Now how hard is it to change the emitter in the S21B compared to the S21A? The S21A is extremely easy, but the access on the S21B seems like it would make the job quite a bit harder.
I think s21b is much easier sir. Just remove the bezel and do the soldering work. What seems to be difficult may be doing the solder in a limited space. S21A for me takes more time as I have to remove the brass pill inside the host. And for cycling, s21a seems to have more problems because the brass pill may gradually move when riding on rough road making the flashlight not to function properly. Thanks for watching sir 😊.
Unfortunately the S21B is only available in 2 colors black and gray, which is what makes me prefer the S21A because for essential tools like flashlights I prefer high vision colors.
I like the knurling on the S21A for better grip but the head with removable ring and integrated heat sink on S21B. Can we use the host of the S21A with the head of the S21B?
As they said those needle nose pliers / snap ring pliers would be good. Also notice that it has a counterwise thread. As you usually loosen a screw and tighten a screw here is the exact opposite direction.

Round nose pliers sir. But if the holes on the brass are too small, I will use a very small scissors ✂️. Thanks for watching sir 😊.
