I KNEW there was a reason I wanted to grab a box of the jenga blocks the other day at the $ Tree. Wish I did, lol. I will have to grab them this weekend. These are SUPER cute! Thanks for sharing!
I bought a bag of little wooden pieces - not official Jenga pieces, just wood scraps - at the thrift store recently. Wasn't even looking for something to do with them yet, but so glad This is came up in my recommended!
I love altering things made for different uses. It never crossed my mind to use jenga pieces! How creative! These are absolutely adorable and I thank you for another fun idea. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I’m so happy I found your channel!
I just found your channel and I love this little jenga project. I am going to make some of these. I have so many different ideas running through my head now. lol I can't wait to see more of your videos.
These are so cute and colorful, such a great idea to hang on journals, as you said! I really enjoyed this series but also excited for what's next!! So funny the things we do to keep our pets away from messing up our crafts!!! (Hi Louie!). Years ago, Elvis jumped up in my sewing chair, then hopped over onto the sewing counter, and attached behind that is my crafting table. He just walk on over and flopped right down in the middle of what I was working on just like a cat would! Over the years, old age took over and health problems now keep him from jumping up. And he's become afraid of heights so my little crafting buddy lays at my feet and snores, a lot, always letting me know he close by, as always! Thanks, Nina, hugs, Debra
Thanks Debra. I’ve had so much fun with this months prompt, but I am looking forward to the new challenge too. We were laughing yesterday because we sent a few photos of Louie to the lady who rescued him in Cyprus. Two were photos of Louie curled on my desk, and he had his head in my water bowl in one of them! Nothing is safe when he’s around 😻. Your cat sounds adorable. I love hearing them snore and watching them twitch when they are sleeping. Big hugs ❤️ xxx
Love these but had no Jenga pieces. Went shopping today and found some in a sale with 70% off so bought them without a second thought. Looking forward to having a go at this. Hope mine turn out as nicely as yours.
They are absolutely gorgeous, Nina! I love the vibrant colours. I never would have thought to use the images from the cover of the stack. That's just another reason I love watching your videos! Thank you for showing how to use the Diamond Glaze. As always, thank you for sharing your amazing ideas with us. xx
Wonderful Idea [as usual for you] Totally awesome results, I love the colors. I have fallen way behind this month in my projects. I lost my step mother and then my fur baby of 13 years and am having trouble finding my creativity thru the tears. Thanks for your wonderful videos that I am watching again to get out of my head.
I’m so sorry to hear your sad news Debbie, but I’m glad the videos are helping to take your mind off things. My thoughts are with you. Huge hugs ❤️ xxxx
Oh love the chalk paints great colours.... I think Hobbycrafts might have a 3 for 2 deal on at the moment. So could be good time to get some!! Very cute jenga pieces love Almut's tape going to check that out now xx
Thanks Elaine. Every time I go to Hobbycraft I sling another one of these paints in my basket. So many gorgeous colours - love them. Hope you enjoyed Almut’s video, she’s very inspiring ❤️ xxx
I really enjoyed Almut's video.... I want to have a go at that.... I love watching her videos.... I love her embossing on ATC's and things like that..... 😊😊😊
My husband went out to his shed and cut 50 pieces of wood to the jenga dimensions and sanded them for me so I can make these today...I think he is a keeper!...so excited to do this project....I got the eye hooks also...oooh my I might forget to eat today hahahahah...
These would also be super cute as little name cards for like a wedding or party or something. I also like the idea of glueing some together to create a word or something. I like them just as is as home decor!
These are very pretty Nina! And so versatile; you could use them for so many things. That chalk paint is bright and colorful, love them! How time flies, it´s august soon. Tfs, hugs, Fia xx
Ok lady. The butterflies were awesome, I absolutely LOVED them. And then I found THIS . What a GENIUS idea. So ..... that does it for me. I HAVE to subscribe., not even going to see what your other videos are like first, I trust you. Hahaha Aren't you just a clever girl, I LOVE it. Can't wait to get my binge on later. Thanx so much for sharing yourself with the world. Especially now, we need as many bright spots as possible to remind us we're still human under all this. 😁

Gorjuss, Nina!!! I think I'm in love with the brilliantly colourful chalk paint you used for the project. I usually make my own but perhaps it's time to splash out on some brighter colours :). What a great idea to photocopy the covers of the collage pads to use...something my pea-sized brain wouldn't think of doing lol. I think even my sister would love these...she's into pottery and is sometimes a bit scathing about my pitiful efforts at mixed-media and other crafting I try, ah the joys of being the younger sister lol. Bejay xx
