How do you make sure that the sand blasting isn’t going to take off so much of the finish that it will start to rust? And if you were trying to takeoff all of the finish so that it would rust, what media and pressure what do you use?
I have an 8 gallon air compressor and a sandblasting cabinet from harbor freight. If you have an air compressor you should be able to make a blasting setup for under 50 with a clear storage bin.

Trying to take off the finish. But, you control by time and psi.
This is awesome - What types of tapes did you use for the stencil part at the back of the club and the surrounding area?
Just blue painters tape.
What equipment do you use for sandblasting?

@@bradreef thank you for your help, I'll definitely try that.
@@bradreef Thanks, going to try this.. didn't want to commit to full cabinet setup. What kind of grit media are you using?
www.harborfreight.com/5000-lb-black-aluminum-oxide-70-grit-abrasive-media-61870.html
But, you could do a higher grit if you wanted less aggressive.
