    📑Ingredients:
    Bake 6 large potatoes.
    2 tablespoons sour cream or crème fraîche, at room temperature
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    Ground nutmeg
    Melt butter
    Finely chop 5 cloves garlic
    Chop spring onions
    1 onion
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    canned green peas
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    📑Directions:
    1. Preheat oven to 220°C/425°F. Bake potatoes on oven rack until tender and skin is crisp, about 60 minutes.
    2. Melt butter in a non-stick frying pan (25 cm) over medium heat. Fry garlic until golden.
    3. Cut potatoes in half and place flesh on a cutting board.
    4. Add sour cream or crème fraîche and gently stir until smooth.
    5. Bake until golden brown, about 35 minutes.
    6. Chop 1 onion.
    7. Add sugar and salt.
    9. Pour in apple cider vinegar.
    10. Add canned green peas
    11. Add olive oil and stir thoroughly.
