No, it's actually impossible. You can't just change rotation mid air like that as there's nothing to push off. Try it, jump and 360 spin, then try changing the direction back the other way mid spin. Even without the skating it's impossible.
@@ryanm2648 It's not impossible, and there is something to 'push off of," it's our own mass. It requires an insane amount of core strength, and enough air. Almost anyone can late 180 without a board on flat, or late 360 off a ledge. To do a fs 360 late bs 180, you need to have enough core strength to be able to late 540.

Clever, offer money to make a trick that is physically not possible. Really though, unless you allow people to push themselves off a wall or something midair, the "excalibur flip" is not just incredibly difficult, but literally IMPOSSIBLE. There is no way to reverse your momentum midair without something to push off of. Your upper body can twist relative to your lower body, and vice versa, but it is not possible to reverse the initial momentum of a spin in the air, the air is just not heavy enough and doesn't provide enough possible wind resistance to push off it
After slightly further thought, it is theoretically possible, but certainly not off of a ramp or anything a skateboarder normally goes off of, unless you're fine with landing off of more than 1,000 foot drops. The only way people land this if they go skydiving with a skateboard.
I think what hes thinking is that since you are still able to move your legs you would basically end up landing crossfooted to move the board against your body's momentum, and then you would somehow after landing be able to use the ground to move your body into the correct position. Still highly improbable and not even close to something thats been done before
