I don’t really like the other versions of these endings, but this one is so rad and is my favourite. If they actually did this to the actual song I’d play it on repeat 🔁
In my opinion i prefer this more than the original because it's just so powerful and it shows Rosé & Jisoos vocals really well and powerfully and this is a good song to blast if you're alone and lastly i love these kind of adlibs/hidden vocals

This need to be in concerts
It's another yg formula to make an underwhelming song. When you go to the concert, they will give you the hype rock version (better version) of the song. Be disappointed to be positively shocked and happy later. If you watch the concert/Coachella, the songs with less success among the crowd are the untouched ones, obviously.
So an sm formula song= a good song but YG formula= bs?! It might be underwhelming to you bc yeah not everyone has the same taste does not mean others won't like it. It's so insulting to hear your hardwork being called 'underwhelming' just bc someone on the internet does not like it. I can call an sm formula song too much with the extraness they add in their songs (which sometimes isn't even necessary) but I'll be the villian if I do so. Go listen to some ballad bsides by blackpink for the "extraness" aka an sm song formula. Producers better know their shit

What's bad about calling a song Underwhelming? Do you know criticism? Blinks have been criticizing yg bp management for ages. Like you have your own tastes, other people have theirs, and compared to the concert versions, these songs are Underwhelming to many. If at coachella/concerts people liked the remixes/rock version of the song more, it's not an offense to the producers original work. These producers are the ones offering the hype version in the first place, and it's yeah its a strategy. I would go to a bp concert with more hype knowing the set list energy level with the remixes. This kind of music compensates for the agency lack of care for the group.
Its not the producers fault because teddy produced such different bangers in the past (also for non yg artist), but he has the company chains around him since 2017. I'm pretty sure his own group will have a vast and different discography like somi is.

This is what Blackpink is missing. Their songs are good but it’s always missing words. From KTL to Shut Down, their chorus and end are always lacking in words like they’re compensating the lack in words/vocals/adlibs/layers with instrumental and it gets boring over time.
