I’ve never made a quilt , my coworker does, I’m thinking some day….. . Well I hope you feel better, just know that your honesty about WW is inspiring to me. When I watch people that never slip or gain makes me feel like a failure. We got this 💕🤗. Ohhh those English muffins look so good😋
Love your projects! Very inspiring! I'm doing very low carb and counting my daily points. I was up and down with regular eating and hungry. I will see how this goes and so far so good.
You might try changing things up a bit. I do much better when I eat lower carbs. Try to limit your pasta to once a week. Try to fill up on your 0 point foods...more veggies and fruits, lean meats. Try not to eat snacks, like cookies, ice cream and chips, even though you can count points for them. Try to stay with whole foods and not processed foods. It made all the difference in my weight loss. Try it for two weeks, and stick with it to the letter, and I know you will see a great weight loss. Sometimes, eating snacky foods will keep you from losing.
