For example, if one of the objects the pin was connected to was able to move in the Y plane, would the cable follow? or would an error occur? And if an error does occur, is there another method you are aware of to produce this? Thanks in advance for you reply.

How is the reliability of the routing module? Solidworks 2017 has become almost unusable due to bugs and usability.

I tried, but the wires do not move when I move an element, maybe there is some other way but if I do not know it, unfortunately I will not help you.
I misled you, I did something wrong, you move the part to which the cable is pinned, then the cable of the floor after this part.

You can create a drawing, click on the icon 'nailboard' then in the tab 'nailboard' 'property display' select the cable and choose 'adjusted lenght'
