[Speedrun] KH2FM (PC) - Beating Organization XIII in less than 10 minutes (

- "PC Modded" on the category title means that the laser dome skip mod is allowed to be used in the speedrun. This allows you to defeat Data Final Xemnas after reducing his HP to 0, skipping the laser dome & cutscene segment.
The only notable fight where I messed up was Data Vexen, but there were other few areas that had little time loss. Definitely possible to improve this time still to a lower 9:5x, but getting sub 10 loadless was my main goal.

The reflect still going off because of sora shifting back a bit from the flash step during the last few seconds is the clutchest thing I have seen in this game so far

Seeing as you clearly know what your doing. How if your damage output so high? Does fire just rip through them? My attack and magic are about the same as yours. I have all ribbon and grand ribbon, 4 full blooms. I still have a hard time with them. If the strat, stun, final form,then fire them into oblivion? Also, the soft cap for damage and defence on super bosses is 82, correct? Plus your equipment bonuses?
He has (close to) max stats on strength and magic if you notice when he's menuing
So, does it make a difference to beat them in easy mode than critical? Not saying this is on easy, just asking, I wanna try
You do a 1.5x DMG to them on easy compared to 1.25x on critical. I think that's the only noteworthy difference in this case.

I never understood how to do that much damage so fast or even resist the Data XIII when each of them hits like a bunch of trucks. Even at max level I'm not that strong, so even training at being better with the controls doesn't really help.
Well, to be fair, people who do non-level 1 speedruns grind out materials to synth stat boosts.
Just use bunch of Magic ups
Use final form, use the pumpkin key, and spam firaga over and over again and you start disentegrating them. Even if your not Lv 99 you do a nutty amount of damage that stun locks them
He’s obviously max stats everything you can’t deal this much dmg generally haha
Is critical mode strength of the keyblabe stronger than beginner mode or the same strength of the keyblabe
The Keyblades are the same.
on beginner sora does 2 times as much damage than standard; on critical sora does 1.25 times as much damage as on standard, but he takes twice the damage

@@Shadow91507 you can manip the RNG on console as well, and in fact, console was where a lot of the RNG manip tech started
@@Shadow91507 rng is generally tied to frame rate, get roll on the same frame and it's always going to be the same roll.

If you use Magnega and go straight into a Limit you'll end up pushing the target out of the magnet just enough for them to get pulled back in and take the damage over and over. I'd seen it done with Trinity but this way was a first.
I don’t get it, if dymex is the hardest fight, why not fight him first so his fight can never ruin your run??
The 9 fights that start the run are RNG manipulated (meaning we can get the fastest possible fight 100% of the time). The speedrun has to start in this specific order, otherwise we cannot do this manipulation. You could in theory fight Demyx first, but the time lost for not doing RNG manipulation (probably more than a minute total) is significantly worse than a bad demyx fight (~8-15 seconds).
The revenge value is disabled, I guess.
just final form keyblades doing its' thing, nothing is disabled. the only "modded" things are xemnas dome skip and split integration for ingame time instead of real time

@@HarbingerYT There is a mod that disables Xemnas’ Laser Dome so for the modded speedrun category you don’t have to spend time doing what is essentially a playable cutscene.
(Not hating on the laser dome btw I love that part! Its very hype!)
