That's what I am here for, it's early days, but I hope to shake things up and inspire others to do so by example. If I can do it entirely alone, in a comprehensive way that people enjoy and benefit from and for free, then It's a kick up the ass to the greedy universities that command so much tuition fees, and sometimes don't even teach these basics, and put financial gain before education and the students, the future. I am vexed at the current state of things, it’s part of the fire that fuels my passion here.
Same as me, I have also spend thousands on degree but honestly his tutorials are worth much more than that money. He definitely is a good designer and a good teacher.
I watched his 19 episodes series about Illustrator for beginners and I strongly recommend it, helped me a lot! An honest thank you from a stranger Gareth.

Wow that is such an awesome idea and project. I am already a little bit into Graphic Design - mostly Motion Graphics, but I'm only 15 years old by now and at school. I am planning to do something that has to do with GD at least as a hobby. Therefore the background knowledge about "What it's like to be a graphic designer" should be sooo helpful - also for my future career.
