Glad you’re digging it! Arenacross is definitely the most entertaining racing you can find. Pit bike racing is a great place to start probably just find one by age group but don’t race pro 😂

Nice to have a place for your bike. I moved across country last year with a ‘96 RM250, ‘01 CR500AF supermoto and a ‘94 KX125 in the back of a pickup. Also a Toyota Hilux Surf on a trailer. I had chains and no less than 14 padlocks on the bikes. We made it. When I raced we used vans so the stuff could be locked up.
Man even with all the chains and locks I’d still be nervous to do that especially in todays times with how much shit gets stolen! I never leave the bike out anywhere, if I have to I get a motel and roll the bike on in 😂
@@mattburkeen820 I have to agree with you. I was lazy because of the car on a trailer behind the truck. I parked under lights and at least put a tarp over the bikes so it wasn’t obvious as to what was in the truck. I do actually pull our mountain bikes in the hotel room when I have to. 👍to you for sporting the YZ250 in the nationals. I’m a 2 stroke guy but I do like the 2023 YZF450.

I don’t have any plans for the weekend I was going to take it off but the LST one is just up the road so maybe I’ll head there for a day of riding and carnage filming

Thankfully Yamaha's suspension is pretty good out of the box. I'm sure it was a little soft on that track though.
It really wasn’t too bad, cranked it stiff and we were good! I actually love stock Yamaha suspension for what it is

I’m not allowed to race the 250 class on the 2 stroke id have to be on a 250f to ride the 250 class which I’m definitely not planning on doing

They are expensive! Even with insurance I have an out of pocket max which I most definitely blew through during my hospital stay. But without insurance my life would pretty much be over from all the bills

In all my years of riding (back in the 80’s) not once did I see a fight. Nor did I see someone go down and blame it on anyone else or waste precious time flipping the bird. If you went down the only thought in your mind was to get back up and back into the race. The immaturity and rage of kids today is off the charts. What comes next? Shooting another rider in the pits because your mad at them. Your never going to be a good rider or succeed in life if you blame others.
I hope that’s not what comes next! Things definitely aren’t how they were back in the day but I’m here to capture it 😂 you’re right though!

Sweet normally so decent names show up Durham has been there 2 years in a row, J coop raced there cpdy groves Derek Leatherman Logan lietzel Bobby piazza .. thinking of coming out of retirement to give it 1 more go as well. The racing is good normally about 10 thousand in the stands but the whole show is legit rc cars 👙 contest car shows go cart racing whole 9 yards.

Sounds like your gopro is in a water proof case. Run it with a foam wind cover from Amazon and you won't have to speak loud at all.
It is in the water proof case, I had no idea about the foam wind cover I am definitely going to check that out. Thank you for letting me know about it!
@@mattburkeen820 This will only work with newer gopros with the two mount tabs built into the camera. If you have an older one you can still use that case but just run the open back door not the waterproof one.
