Good to finally be able to watch your videos again! The song talks about how girls dont need to have someone else, more so a man, to buy stuff for them. I agree with Albert that it is both empowering and materialistic. The message of the song is good but it can easily be garbled behind all the materialistic display. I also agree that children can easily misconstrue what the song is about considering that the theme requires a bit of maturity to understand. You guys were able to highlight both positive and not-so-positive sides of the material. Overall, I think its a very good review. Kudos and more power to the both of you! PS. Where's sookie? hahaha
Thank you for your feedback! We are glad that our thoughts were understood so that people didn't focus on the negative aspect of the review! Sookie was tired she was sleeping on the couch lol
Yeah, she even said on her IG post that she was a little hesitant to release this song cuz people might get the wrong idea and won’t understand the real message
The video is actually about true love.. That's why she is showing a lot of money because it means that she didn't want the boys money because she can buy her own.. all he want is a true love not money.. I can understand that because I'm a Filipino..
Okay. Donnalyn may experienced men showing off their wealth thinking that they can buy her just because they are rich. This song literally explains that she just wants true love regardless of status and wealth. “I can buy my own rolly, You just gotta roll with me” (You don’t have to buy her Rolex because she can buy that on her own. All you have to do is love her and be there for her.) “hindi ko kailangan mamahaling hikaw Sakin lang naman kailangan ko lang ikaw Maging kamukha mo man si imaw” (You don’t have to buy her expensive earrings, she just need you regardless of how you look like) “Di mo yata kilala, ba't sila pumipila? Don't need your wallet, di magpapabili ng gamit But uhh I can buy it pati yon And a hundred more Loui Vuittons Kaya you don't need to go broke para makipagOn” (You don’t have to spend all your money just to impress her because being with you is what makes her happy, not the gifts you are planning to buy for her) Flaunting baby, to show all I want from you is to be your baby (I think you understand this, right?) “Buy me buy me buy me Gucci Gucci Gucci You'll get the same reaction When you buy me buchi buchi” (You can buy her Gucci, but you’ll get the same reaction if you’ll buy her buchi. Buchi is Sesame Ball, it a type of fried Chinese pastry made from glutinous rice flour.) “Can go to Paris, pero oks na siya sa pares” (You both can go to Paris, but she’s okay if you’ll just buy her pares. Pares is beef stew, and usually sold in streets around 30 Philippine Peso or 0.60 in US Dollars) Edit: I’m a long time subscriber to your channel because of Morissette. I’m not a Donnalyn fan. Plus, like you said, this is my opinion because I understand the lyrics and didn’t focus on the designer items on the music video.
Thank you for your support! We did enjoy the message of the song and did communicate about how it was empowering, but the way all the brands were showcased in the video seemed to overpower that pretty dramatically. We felt it was important to mention this
But if it happens to be a guy showing off his Wealth they won't react or say it's a caricature. They'll just plainly say he's very Successful and been working his ass off to get on top.😅
This is the first reaction to OMO that actually misunderstood the lyrics, so this is why donna was scared to release the song because of people like you who might misunderstand the song. The lyrics is not materialistic, it simply talks about how women don’t need men to buy her expensive stuff because she can do it on her own. Please read the lyrics again!
We might actually just be the first reactors to not be afraid to express our opinions. We understood the song well, and even commented about how it was empowering. However, the video came across incredibly materialistic, almost to the point of caricature. We called it like we saw it.
@@AlbertandCynthia Yes, there were a lot of branded things in the video because in the lyrics it’s says she can buy all of it on her own that’s why all off the branded bags, shoes, etc. that are shown in the video are all hers (not given by her ex’s cuz she don’t need no man to give her expensive things).
You’re not the first reactors to express your opinions. You can search up Luis Portelles reaction to this music video. He also don’t like girls showing off their fortune, but then he understood the true meaning behind it. She likes Donna now. :)
@@angelikapaolinemaeramos664 lol it’s entirely possible Louis just said positive things to keep from getting negative backlash but felt the same way. If you look at his face you can tell even he thinks it’s a bit too much at times. A lot of reactors will not be honest in order to keep fans happy but genuinely feel different. I like that Albert and Cynthia don’t worry about that
I have nothing against at how the couple interprets the msg of the video, I just want to voice out the true meaning of the song putting emphasis on how there are women who DO NOT need rich men to buy them material things as they can shoulder on and work hard for it, in their own ways! The song echoes independent women who DO NOT need anything but pure and true love ❤️ We can, on our own! 👌🏻 Ps. Cheers to us independent women!!
It’s actually the opposite. I think in the PH, some rich guys think can buy love from girls by giving them designer stuff/money. But the song is really telling them independent girls don’t need that coz they can buy it on their own. She even goes out to say that “Buy me buy me buy me Gucci Gucci Gucci You'll get the same reaction When you buy me buchi buchi Can go to Paris, pero oks na siya sa pares Plus she's a Social Media Goddess” She saying that buying gucci is same as buying her buchi (street delicacy). Trip to paris is same as dating her to eat Pares (street food).
@@wait-wut3 if u don't know in the Philippines she is titled as the social media goddess so it's not braggy cuz that line is for her, what I meant is she's confident abt it and she can put it if she wants to
I get their reaction about it (highlight both positive and not-so-positive reactions) but if you watched her vlogs(in which she hares some of her personal life) and saw her story behind all the success she has now I think you will really get the song behind it and not misunderstand the intention behind this song (and even most Filipino people are very proud of this song and it became a trend when the song release) and I get it that she flaunts the things in the music video but all of these things that she shows even the car and many other branded things are all hers. NO hate for the couple but I love ate Donna so much that's why I'm explaining it. if you watched her (BTS of her songs and vlog)you will all see how she works hard and she's not the type of person who always likes to flex and for this video shows us how women don't need money from a man because she can have it on her own. (sorry for my bad grammar) and again do hate for the couple because I know it's the first time they reacted to ate Donna so it's okay.
Great reaction video as always! I think the message of the song was girls can buy whatever they want on their own. We all know a lot of people think most of the women are gold diggers and all that but with this music video, it proves that a woman doesn't need other people's money to buy what they desire(at least not all). Love you gorgeous couple from the Philippines!
Donnalyn love love social media goddess ❤️❤️❤️❤️ She said that girl's can buy on my own no need a Richest man, or the old richest man to buy her material things..
They misinterpret the real meaning of the song. 😂😅 but anyways, we can't blame them coz' maybe they can't really understand even a bit of Tagalog language.
Oh no! Maybe you misinterpreted the song. I'm a Filipino like Donnalyn and most of us Filipinos understand the true meaning of her OMO song. That song doesn't mean that Donna tells men that they just want to marry her bcoz of her wealth. That's not it. That song means that she doesn't need any man just to buy her material things bcoz she can buy all of those bcoz of her hardwork. And she tells men on that song that what she just needs from a man is real love. And she's not materialistic. In fact, she does many charities here in the Philippines. The true meaning of her OMO song is Women Empowerment, that is women should not just rely on men just to have their dream life. But we women should also be hardworking enough to achieve all of our dreams in life. I'm sorry but you really misinterpreted her song. 😔😔😔
I think you missed what they said. They agree that the song is empowering but the medium on how the message was delivered somewhat overpowers the message it tries to convey.Even donna expressed the possibility of having the song misinterpreted due to its medium which Albert and Cynthia talked about during the review. Also, its a bit of a stretch to say that most filipinos would understand it, i assume under the premise that it is in filipino? Overall, I think they provided a fair review of the material.
Let them know the true meaning of the song in a nice way guys. They are reactors, atleast they're not sugar coating what they really want to say or what they really think/understood about the video.
For me as a teenager, this MV inspires me in the way that Donna reminds us that we have to work hard and be determined in life to get what we want to achieve and not rely on someone to give us everything. We need to prove that we are not like others who are just waiting to be given a need. We need to learn to stand on our own feet for our dreams, and the music video just shows that she doesn't need someone to buy him stuff because she can buy it herself. What's important is that he loves her it's all that matters. Add that she is happy even with simple things; even the cheapest street food is okay with her. Important thing is that they are together. That's how strong, independent women we should be. Isn't it amazing if you could afford everything you want without asking for your parents money. I take it personally as a motivation to keep working hard and be able to buy things on my own, support studies and even pay back to my parents. No hate, just love 🤍✨
@@AlbertandCynthia many brands were mentioned in the video but the meaning is not that being possessive or obsessed of material things.. infact she mentioned there she don't need all of those stuffs or buy her those things.. all she need is someone to just Love her doesn't matter what you look like or who you are..
@@AlbertandCynthia all the things mentioned on the video are representation of what guys would give a woman to buy her love... she needed to elaborate everuthing to send the message thet she is not the kind of woman who can be bought by all those designer things! that is the real meaning of the song. Please do not react if you really don't understand the message of the song! also get a background check of the artist before you react. this song was written base on her real experience. thus she wrote the song!!!
the song says that not all women need expensive things or rich men for true love even if you are simple you don't have to adjust to someone like him because there is no basis for him or a woman like him.🥰👍
it's a flex song tho, aint it meant to be that way? but in the lyrics at the end she also said "buy me gucci, you'll get the same reaction when you buy me buchi (cheap things)" "cant go to paris, but shes all fine with just pares (cheap street food)" i think u misunderstood it. yeah, it seemed materalistic bcs of all the brands but she just used it to say she dont need any more than love.
Actually the song is actually not about material things. She is actually saying she doesn’t need the man she love to buy her these material things because if she wants she can buy it on her own. All she want is to be loved right by the man she love. Its actually empowering women and telling them to know their real worth.
Heads up, know the artists first before saying this is all materialistic. This song has deep meaning for Donna she's putting off some issues that soc med had for her like those Sugar daddy applications issue, a billionaire ex, and a nasty powerful man who courted her. Those things were seriously traumatizing for her there were hidden and unrevealed comments that sexualized her in that fb post that poser acc in the sugar daddies application issue, and for the lewd douche who courted her when she just started few years in the entertainment industry. THE SONG HAS MESSAGE. Atleast KNOW HER meaning and message for that song. I get that you just look and reacted to the visuals and literal meaning of the song but why did you even react to this w/o knowing why it's going viral? This song is not like those songs who people can relate and sing it for themselves, although it can maybe but SHE MADE THIS SONG FOR HER. Sorry if I had to say something like this, I honestly don't wanna be THAT person but hey look atleast we've expressed both our opinions. Edit: The English Translation isn't that accurate, there's song Filipino slangs she used that isn't understandable to international viewers. The slangs used somehow has double meaning.
It's actually not about flaunting what she has or what she can buy. The message of the song is that not all women are dependent to men. It is actually motivational and inspirational that women can now do whatever men can do. Sometimes it needs to dig in to the true meaning the song and not just seeing the brand names on the music video.
It's not about being materialistic, it's actually about how she, being an independent woman with an independent income can buy material stuff that makes her happy with her own money. She's saying even if a guy has nothing, she would still be happy. There's one lyrics that says, "Gucci, gucci, gucci, you'll get the same reaction when you buy me "buchi"" Which is a popular chinese pastry that's affordable.
you did not understand what is the real message of the lyrics ,, simple” donna did not want any expensive things she can buy on her own , she only wants a real man to love her! , magtanong kase kayo sa mga pinoy ,para maintindihan nyo ,!!!
To all fans, I think what they meant is that a women can be successful even without all these brands and materialistic things. Let's be honest, Not everyone can afford these and if those things indicate social status. What happens to the mothers who can't afford these but was able to give 10 sons a bachelor's by selling peanuts on the streets. That's what they meant was dangerous, you don't need materialistic things to be successful. And yes the meaning of the song is to empower women to not need these materialistic things and just to have someone be there. However the song can be interpreted very differently depending on who listens to it. Children can misinterpret it that social status/for someone to love you = 10 rollies. But never the less the song is good.
There's a message in the whole lyrics. it only shows that a girl will not ask money for a guy and she will not ask to buy her stuff cuz she can buy on her own. Cuz sometimes people normalise that the men should always buy things for the girls. And girls would ask things from a guy. But in this aspect she only wants love a true love from a guy no matter what he looks like, she doesn't need the man's money cuz she can provide for her own needs. For my opinion only. And i think its also okey to flaunt things specially if u work hard for it and if its ur own money. Love2
For me when it comes to music, just close your eyes and appreciate the meaning of the song. It's always the lyrics not the vm. Coz' when you are listening and doing something ur not even watching the vm.
It says already in the lyrics "flaunting baby, to show you all I want from you is to be your baby" Nothing's wrong with the video because she's telling the truth. Everything in that video is hers. All the cars and luxury items. And she worked HARD for it. The message of the song is she doesn't need other people even her parents to buy things for her. She's expensive, yes but still appreciative. The word Pares that she rhymed with Paris is a Filipino food that you mostly in the streets. The word buchi that she rhymed with Gucci is a chinese inspired sweet that you can also buy in the streets. This is abkut a woman who can afford what she wants. She may be materialistic but she doesn't rely on others to get what she wants.
Ate Donnalyn Bartolome she is a Filipina, she can rap, dance, sing, songwriter, actress, etc. And she is a famous vlogger here in Philippines. Donnalyn Bartolome called “INDEPENDENT WOMAN”
I do respect you guys, but you didn't really understand the meaning of her song. Being mature It's not about material things, all she need is Love. You don't know her, that's why. Spread Love, God bless.
We went based on a fresh impression as people who have never heard of her before. So our take was taken exactly as we interpreted the meaning of the lyrics as well as the display of the video. And ultimately we did say it was empowering while expressing that the materialism of the video overpowered that message. And we completely agree. Spread love, and look out for our next generation.
you just don’t understand the message of the song. She’s can buy anything on her own and she doesn’t depend on buying something and ask for someone’s money. Before saying something. try to search for information as well :) she’s rich and she’s doesn’t need a man to buy her things.
As a huge fan myself, It’s as important and interesting for new viewers, who have no knowledge about our Miss Independent, to get their sentiments towards her, as much as interesting how her fans react to genuine reactions like this. There are only a number of reactions on her music video, and she and her team will definitely see this. Thanks for making this video, hopefully we can get more reaction videos as genuine as this. Cheerio, Ciao, Adios!🙌🏼
Thank you for that! We loved the message she was trying to convey, but we wanted to be honest about how we felt it was communicated. Hope you have a great one!
Its not about being materialistic. The songs says she is not that female who needs luxury goods. But she wants to address she only wants love, TRUE LOVE AND BE HER GROOM. In the lyrics which says "dont need your wallet di mag papabili ng gamit" mean she is the kind of female who dont need male's wallet and never ask to buy her things. Thank you.
For me this song encourage me to work harder on my own like her, to have what i want. And chose the man who truly loves me. Imagine young people watching this video without money? Let them what this. And they will thing. "I'll work hard to achieve my goal and be successful like her." Well. I think for a first timer like them, I'll understand them for now. Coz they don't know anything. But just don't judge a book by its cover. Understand the lyrics more. And search on the artist before you react. Opinions sometime is not good if it came from ignorance.
We purposefully do not research what we watch before we watch it so our reactions are as authentic as possible and this video is perfect proof of that. Subtitles were on and we understood the message. We even commented about how the song was empowering. It just felt like the video overshadowed that. We like your take on the flaunting but we’ve noticed in most cases it leads to people making reckless decisions with money and buying materialistic items with their savings instead of investing it. So while few may rise to the top, most will get sucked into a trap. Keep that in consideration as well. Appreciate the feedback
They didn’t even read or looked up for the real message behind the song yet they already judge the music by just listening to it. Like, some of the lyrics are wrote in Filipino. Can you guys even understand it? + You watched the music video without subtitle, there’s a lot of Filipino lyrics bet you don’t understand those words.
It's not about all the designer things, she's just showing that she can buy things on her own she don't need anyone or a guy to buy her she's showing nothing but empowerment. And if you ever read the message on the money bill you should have seen it.
Donnalyn is one of the most admired artist and social media influencer in the Filipino Industry and just like all the other meaningful songs she produced, her goal with omo is to inspire and highlight independence and empowerment among women, mostly to all Filipino Women. As you can see, she didn't make it an all-English song just for the mv to be internationally recognized. For you guys who replied 'not sure if you saw the same video we did' to someone who was just clearly pointing out what you had possibly misunderstood and couldn't fully comprehend about the song is pretty dumb as these viewers who commented almost the same thing knows very well that the composition of the song includes several words of our mother tongue including tagalog slang phrases that cannot be completely translated into an english word with the exact same meaning. Indeed her Filo fans are so so happy and proud for the amount of recognition donna receives rn and I do agree on other insight that refers to the song's negative side but seeing reactions like this specially from foreigners like you who blatantly oppose to locals who are actually trying to explain points that might help you understand the song better considering that we do understand our own language better than you and instead say that there were 'captions' that explained what you didn't understand and stubbornly stick to those and to what you saw in the video, then claim that you were just being 'honest' and 'unbiased' is kind of provoking :)
I can understand where you're coming from. And we appreciate the feedback. When it comes to videos like these, what we do with our channel is provide an off-the-cuff reaction to the complete presentation of whatever we saw. We absolutely understood the meaning of the video, and even commented about how it was empowering, but the reality is that 80% of communication is non-verbal; and the empowering feeling of the lyrics and song felt completely overpowered by the blatant display of all the luxury and designer items in the video. While we are certain that Donnalyn is a great person, we felt the video was materialistic. And we absolutely were being honest. The opposite would have been to just say we loved it and left it at that. Then everyone would just write comments about how much they loved the video and Donnalyn and no one would think twice about it. We want to be ourselves, and that includes calling it like we see it.
And here's a proof that you really misinterpreted the video and the song, by saying 80% of the communication is non-verbal 🤔🤔🤔 NO NO NO! Lyrics and beat are more catchy than those chanel, LV , Burberry, Rolex, etc. 😉
@@irischannel5789 that’s actually a statistical fact though lol google 80 percent of communication being non verbal Also people seem to be so offended even though they literally said the song was empowering before anything else
The real meaning of the song is a woman need a man's love, time, and attention, not his money, because as the song song said, she can buy all he wants, "gusto ko lang naman ay ikaw, maging kamuka mo man si imaw" It means She need YOU (not your money), no matter how you looks like.
Y'all guys just not get it the songs message !! Women can be independent and buy our own things without depend to our partner !! All she need is just love her real !! Not to impress him of those materialistic stuff, !
Side note she own that pink car and most of the things used in that mv. She's explaining how those material things can't impress her cause she.can buy it on her own. 😊 matter of fact she broke up with a billionaire (thats legit)
“Flaunting to you baby, so that I can show you that all i want is to be your baby” Yes the example is being realistic. But the song has deeper meaning, i think u missed it. It just implies that you don’t need to impress girls through buying stuffs because this type of girl has money on her own. She just need your genuine love. More power to you both.
these reactors only see the materialistic side of the video not the message of the video..this is not all about flaunting and designer brands. if you really understood the lyrics she said she all she needs is the man's love not any material things coz she already got those. all you have to do is to love her even if you dont gor anything. Its also about woman empowerment.
I don't know if it's just me, but I think they misunderstood the MV because they watched it without the caption/translation on. Regardless, at least they dare to voice out their opinion with all honesty. I just hope they rewatch this, but with subs next time 😅
Please use subtitles so that you can understand it well cause the song said she can afford it by her own money she will not use the money of any man or a billionaire cause she can buy it buy herself
This is the worst mv reaction I've seen so far 😂 They don't get the message of the song 😂This is not about empowering materialistic 😂 that's why many of us reacted for misunderstanding it 😂Anyways Godbless for both of you 🙂
The first thing they said was that it was empowering but no one seems to notice that because they’re so offended by anything but a perfect review it seems
The message of the song is she needs a man who will really love her. She dont need a man who will buy her anything because she can afford it to buy it on her own. 😊 If you will deeply study the language, you'll understand better. 😊
They forgot to read the title(on my own) of the song. We Filipinos don't care about the music vids, for me it's just an advertisement of the song(how to promote the song or album. I focus on the lyrics/message of the song and how I see in that situation/scenario. So how to learn and understand it better.

Yeah I agree
Yeah
Agree
Yeah
When they said it was empowering, I’m pretty sure they did. It was the video that seemed pretty corny
Fact: All the props she used there are all hers. She truly is an independent woman
Thats not true.. some maybe.. but not all
As Donnalyn said in one of her song Social Media Goddess "Don't hate Don't hate just appreciate" ❤️❤️ so I respect your opinion 😉
Ps.
Cheers to us independent women!!
It can send wrong message to those who actually focus on the mv more than the true meaning of the lyrics.
It’s actually the opposite. I think in the PH, some rich guys think can buy love from girls by giving them designer stuff/money. But the song is really telling them independent girls don’t need that coz they can buy it on their own. She even goes out to say that
“Buy me buy me buy me Gucci Gucci Gucci
You'll get the same reaction
When you buy me buchi buchi
Can go to Paris, pero oks na siya sa pares
Plus she's a Social Media Goddess”
She saying that buying gucci is same as buying her buchi (street delicacy). Trip to paris is same as dating her to eat Pares (street food).
I actually thought the social media goddess line was one of the most cringy moments of the video. Very braggy
@@wait-wut3 she has song titled Social Media Goddess
@@wait-wut3 if u don't know in the Philippines she is titled as the social media goddess so it's not braggy cuz that line is for her, what I meant is she's confident abt it and she can put it if she wants to
Sa Una, Dun sa Rap Part ng Kanta medyo di ko nagets yung meaning nung.. pero nung tumagal na mas naiintindihan ko na sya, Galing tlaga
Donnalyn love love social media goddess ❤️❤️❤️❤️
She said that girl's can buy on my own no need a Richest man, or the old richest man to buy her material things..
They misinterpret the real meaning of the song. 😂😅 but anyways, we can't blame them coz' maybe they can't really understand even a bit of Tagalog language.
I guess it's a good thing we had the captions on and could read them
@@AlbertandCynthia not all the caption was right
the song is about some girls don't Need luxury things..Just your love 💕😘
I agree . They did not understand the true meaning of the song 😅
I’m sure they understand just fine. People can get messages across without having to have 10 rolexes on their wrist/arm.
Overall, I think they provided a fair review of the material.
maybe they just translate some tagalog lyrics on google , lol we all know google cant translate some tagalog word some are not correct lol
Let them know the true meaning of the song in a nice way guys. They are reactors, atleast they're not sugar coating what they really want to say or what they really think/understood about the video.
It doesn't mean that they're lots of luxury brands it's just expressing her independent women that can buy that thing without any money of others
No hate, just love 🤍✨
we understand the language barrier but you guys misinterpret the song. she's not being materialistic or what!
Not sure if you saw the same video we did. It was basically one long designer advertisement. Textbook materialism

the song says that not all women need expensive things or rich men for true love even if you are simple you don't have to adjust to someone like him because there is no basis for him or a woman like him.🥰👍
The message of the song is about a woman that stands on her own not defending on parents money or sugar daddy ...
it's a flex song tho, aint it meant to be that way? but in the lyrics at the end she also said "buy me gucci, you'll get the same reaction when you buy me buchi (cheap things)" "cant go to paris, but shes all fine with just pares (cheap street food)" i think u misunderstood it. yeah, it seemed materalistic bcs of all the brands but she just used it to say she dont need any more than love.
i think by now, you already know the true meaning of the song by just reading through the comments lol
@albert and cynthia, she's not materialistic. Those brands that is showing in the music video has been promoted by her
Actually the song is actually not about material things.
Maybe you can watch it again with subtitle and see the real message of the song :)
Donnalyn released a new music videooo you guys should check that out! 🫶
you did not understand what is the real message of the lyrics ,,
simple” donna did not want any expensive things she can buy on her own , she only wants a real man to love her! , magtanong kase kayo sa mga pinoy ,para maintindihan nyo ,!!!
But never the less the song is good.
this is real story, we loved all her songs
There's a message in the whole lyrics. it only shows that a girl will not ask money for a guy and she will not ask to buy her stuff cuz she can buy on her own. Cuz sometimes people normalise that the men should always buy things for the girls. And girls would ask things from a guy. But in this aspect she only wants love a true love from a guy no matter what he looks like, she doesn't need the man's money cuz she can provide for her own needs. For my opinion only. And i think its also okey to flaunt things specially if u work hard for it and if its ur own money. Love2
I think you misinterpreted the song.
I agree also.
For me when it comes to music, just close your eyes and appreciate the meaning of the song. It's always the lyrics not the vm. Coz' when you are listening and doing something ur not even watching the vm.
Well, they’re not Filipino so they didn’t know the true meaning/interpretation of the song. 😆
It says already in the lyrics "flaunting baby, to show you all I want from you is to be your baby"
Nothing's wrong with the video because she's telling the truth.
Also the songs says even if comes off expensive she's actually relatable and approachable, too.

The Meaning of the song was “she can buy anything, she don’t everything from a guy, all she was LOVE”.

Its not about being materialistic. The songs says she is not that female who needs luxury goods. But she wants to address she only wants love, TRUE LOVE AND BE HER GROOM. Imagine young people watching this video without money? Let them what this. And they will thing. "I'll work hard to achieve my goal and be successful like her."
Well.
They mentioned they had the subtitles on during the video. And it does seem they understood it considering they said the song was empowering
For you guys who replied 'not sure if you saw the same video we did' to someone who was just clearly pointing out what you had possibly misunderstood and couldn't fully comprehend about the song is pretty dumb as these viewers who commented almost the same thing knows very well that the composition of the song includes several words of our mother tongue
including tagalog slang phrases that cannot be completely translated into an english word with the exact same meaning.
@@irischannel5789 that’s actually a statistical fact though lol google 80 percent of communication being non verbal
