There is law that governs the president. If it’s not constitutional there is no immunity.

@@tubularTV247 Yes the US Constitution clearly says that, except he took classified documents that did not belong to them. Also, there is a process to declassify documents which Trump did not do, he just took them. He also lied to an official request by NARA to return them, saying he already did, he did not. Presidents cannot enact laws whenever they want to, they can make executive orders in on certain aspects, but not all.
