I had just restarted my journey and i forgot how refreshing it feels it eat healthy nutritious foods and work out and get my body moving and I believe if anyone wants to start a change for themselves do it now we can all do it together. Solmee you need to soak the chia seeds before eating them ! When you soak chia seeds they go really soft and become like jelly. You can soak them in water for the night and the next morning put in as a dressing on top of you yogurt with fruit, or I put it with some oat in almond milk and this mix become my oatmeal base for the next morning, with some fruits and nuts.
Ooh! I agree! When eating regular foods, suddenly it tastes better than diet food! Super tasty! Once we have something to compare, we remember what tastes best in the beginning😂❤️🙌

@@ewemad803 You're welcome ! Actually you really don't need to put that much chia in your pudding or oatmeal. Because they really soak all the liquide and triple up their size. For ratio maybe try to do something like that : 1:6 chia seeds 2:6 oat 3:6 plant based milk of your choice I always drop just one teaspoon or two of chia seeds and that's it ! Too much chia = too much thickeness, and not the good one 😅😅
