Such a great video! Quick and informative. An idea for this series could be like emergency hacks for when you eventually run into a problem, their posible causes and of course solutions. For example what to do when the machine eats your fabric, when a needle bends/breaks, etc.
@@zheahra Here’s a tutorial for that. On thick fabrics it won’t gather automatically, but the method is the same. ruclips.net/video/riIXx0Ioq0E/видео.html
Ok so I have been pinning my skirt the wrong way🤦🏾♀️ To make it easy I have been using mini hairclips as i couldn't find the right clips. It worked out well. Much love from the Netherlands.
I can’t wait to see saturdays video with that mesh top!!! I have mesh I got from my mother in law so I’m ready to sew! I just need to find a buckle in my stash!
I just started learning to sew with a sewing machine. I ordered a fabric cutter and got the clips with it. Now I know what to do with them. Thank you!!
hi! i love this series! could you please do something on making the most accurate button holes? every time i do it its kind of a crap shoot as to them all be placed and spaced equally! thanks!!
I didnt know about not using the oins for silk. I used satin on a quilt for my daughter and well, it has to be redone at some point but i need to research the fabric and how to handle it....if you dont have such a video, thats my suggestion. I love fabric but I dont have the knowledge I need. Fyi....those xlips are really cheap on temu ladies! Hehe Much ❤❤ Angelina! Thank you for being you!
I see that you finally got a thimble, and it a really nice one but is it rubber. I still have the metal one that I had back in my teenage Home economic days. I was train back in the day to pin along the line of the seam allowance (maybe that was with the pattern), but I see how having it side ways make it easier to retrieve the pin.. A sewing term video could be nice. This great what you doing here with the tutorials. Thanks for sharing and blessing to you and all in the days to come
@@BlueprintDIY Thanks. There's a good term for that: intellectual overload. You're so busy thinking of so many things that sometimes a few details escape you.
❤️❤️ and another cute overlay shrug with a buckle!!
Thank you 💕 That’s a sneak peek of Saturday’s video.
I enjoyed that too
@@BlueprintDIY I'm hyped!

Welcome to the BlueprintDIY family! 🤗
Is clipping a new phenomenon? I learned to sew about 30 years ago and haven’t been consistent with it, so all I know are pins. lol!
Yes, I didn’t grow up with clipping either.
In the video description, you forgot to add the links after:

Oh my gosh! 🤦🏾♀️ I’d forget my head if it weren’t attached. I just added them.

They’re about $7 on Amazon.
