Zion and the World lol nothing really. Hair grows up to an inch a month or more. Mines tend to go like a little over an inch a month. I just use Softee Thickening growth oil, do monthly protein treatments, trim whenever I need to, wash my hair and I wear lots of protective styling. I wear weaves alot especially since my hair is at that awkward length. And i put the thickening oil, and olive oil into my scalp. It works wonders!! And oh, a lot of patience. I've had days when I'm so fustrated, *ik spelling error*, that I feel like shaving it off all over again. But that's why protective styling is key. Everytime I take my weave or protective style down, it never ceases to amaze me how much growth I get. I'm 8 months now the 9th will make it 9 months. XD hope this helps u and anyone else *p.s in typing this @ 2am so sorry if some things doesn't make sense*

When you do your twistouts on wet hair straight after washing, does it come out as nice or do you find that it has more movement when u do your twistouts on dry hair? Great video btw!! :)
Thank toy hunny! So when I do the twist out wet it NEVER dries, and its super shrunken! Also it doesn't have as much movement because my roots are all curled up. It always comes out better on dry stretched hair.
So update I bought the control paste and the botanical gelle thing and my twist out was so defined and I'm on day 4 hair and it's still so defined I'm amazed thanks for this video!

Hey love! yes I have heard of the maximum hydration method however I've never tried it but I do think it will be a good idea to try with kinky type 4 hair it will make your hair extremely definded and it's really good if you're trying to do a wash and go however I don't think it should be your main regimen:)
