I used to look at things like a light bulb and different colored light bubbles forming around it, i had zero thoughts just questions "ye aisa kaise hai, kya sabko bhi aise hi dikhta hoga". That is why I feel i am on a journey of self-discovery and we all are!
Many times I have that feeling where it doesn't matter if I am breathing or not it feel completely normal and comfortable, in fact, it feels more comfortable than the normal state but I manage to stay in that state for few minutes only.
Namste sir. Mere sinus koi sergery hui thi 3 mahine pahele. Buy still i am unable to take breathe from left side, i think chandra nadi. Kya ke swas ki kriya kar sakti hu. Swas pr dhyan rakhu to koi garbad to nahi hogi?
in islam when adam came on earth he only started meditad And he meditated 400 yrs at one place then after that he start serviving ! and from adam to last probhite ever one meditad .
