I have a question for a Toyota axio that I did some work on the car ac system when it's idle the car blows very cold air the customer said that is wasn't blowing cold enough air so would check the pressure saw that is was low I did my checks for leak leaked out the gas vacuum the system and recheged and it was blowing very cold air, however when it starts to drive at certain speed it stops blowing cold air and when the car stops it starts to blow cold air again and so I was wondering if it was the same solenoid valve that was the issue
whether it is possible that the compressor does not work at all if the solenoid Control Valve is poorly installed, that the position of the orifice of the solenoid and the compressor is not conical ?
@@drcoolautofix Thank you very much, your videos helped me a lot. I have one solenoid valve control that was on a 2 year old compressor that blocked and broke the clutch. When I opened the compressor, I noticed that the oil was dirty, and a ball fell out of one of the pistons, connecting the piston and the Variable Displacement. It is a denso dcp 27001 compressor. I thought to test that control valve, bring in the current and if it's good. I would install it on another compressor because it doesn’t cool well now. when the outside temperature is 24c the cooling is some 17c. I doubt there is a problem in the control valve.
@@drcoolautofix I'll look at the values on the manifold guage for the weekend. I only know that at 2000rpm the cooling is improved and that the value on the thermometer drops by some degree

Very educative Mr cool
was going to subscribe but you took to long cruising the idiots treating you bad just ignore them... best of luck

thanks Dr Cool you know your stuff
rich information ❤
Very informative and nice video, if there is no carbon found in the system, changing solenoid valve will do the job? Pls advise... thanks
It may if there are no futher extant factors
@@drcoolautofix thanks buddy...👍
If the system is not black death, you replace the solenoid control valve along side with the filter drier.
Then if it is dirty do you wash or flush?? thank you

That is the symptoms of a bad solenoid control valve.
You are a real mechanic, you know what are you doing, thank you for the illustration for those who trying to understand how things work in cars
Good information tanks
Thank you very informative
Good tutorial 🤗🤗
Weldon bro
hi, so if apply 12v on it to test it can be blown?
100%

It's rare to occur

@@cabjroman10 check your manifold guage set readings with car idling take reading, then another when you rev the car to 2000 rmps

@@cabjroman10 that means the valve is good but the compressor is defective has clearance inside
True that
I mean flush or wash the condenser or eveporator. When dirt is discovered
All of them
@@drcoolautofix ok thanks
Good afternoon
Pls where is your office ?
Dutse alhaji by power line ask of ibro then tell them you are looking mr cool
Be grateful thank you dr. Cool the best fck Scotty Kilmer no more
Can we convert one of these ac compressors to a real car engine?
Someone has already done that in RUclips
Hahahaha get the fuckin lost 🤣🤣🤣 you sound so funny 🤣
18:33 - 18:47, what are you talking about
References of what needs to be done
And there is no follow up video how to test it 😥

@@drcoolautofix Subscribe to what? I was looking for AC fix and there is no follow up anyway so no.
