See here's the thing… Half the time the bottom of the circle goes under the nose… And here you have it right above the top lip…? Is it just random where you decide where the stuff goes? Because you don't seem to be following any pattern

@@onepenciltutorial I think you misconstrued my point. I was trying to be as polite as possible. I said good drawing is NOT about making a facsimile of the source photograph. I did not say it is "not JUST" about copying a reference image. Two nearly opposite ideas.
Furthermore, I think good drawing is preferably not even based on a source photograph. That is typically a crutch. Good drawing is about creating.
