The truck is coming along great! The shirts are awesome btw. I stopped by your shop while I was on pass at Ft. Hood and now that I'm in Kuwait they are light enough that they don't hold the sweat like a normal shirt would. Can't wait to see more updates on this!

We're very focused on self improvement at the moment for sure. Not sure how much weight KC has lost but I've lost almost 60lbs since I last worked there. Garrett shrank down big time as well.

Great job on the improvements guys! Around 15 months ago I started the keto diet, but am a little less strict, so more of a low carb high fat and high protein diet. It has worked well and working out isn't a must but I do stay thinner when I have regular physical construction work. For me, the biggest goal was to reduce pain and inflammation from a few health issues but I also didn't like being 20-25 lbs overweight. The difference in looks is great but my digestive system is much better than it ever has been.......I used to have a very irritable stomach. So far, I don't have any plans to go back to eating just anything. I eat to live, not the other way around.
I second that, it’s been awhile. Know y’all have had your share of challenges to overcome of late in addition to some employee turnover but it’s nice to see you back

I fully understand the long hair holding back the sweat drip. LOL I was growing out my hair for over a year before I shaved it during this summer and the sweat flows like a waterfall now. LOL

I was only filming at 24fps not 60 or 120fps like I do sometimes so I didn't slow it down cause it would have looked bad. He said "only if it looks good though" 😆
