Follow my advice to become a driving instructor. Don't sign a contract with a big driving school. Keep your money in your pocket and instead follow my 19 Step Plan:

You don't have to spend £1000's on an expensive ADI training course. You can do this yourself! You can maintain your freedom!

I’m ashamed to mention this but I have to offences for criminal damage and assault sound worse then what is it is, basically is was a fight and about one hundred pound criminal damage in 1979, when I was younger misguided youth, both were fines and suspended sentences, I’ve kept my nose clean since though.
The last offence was thirty nine years ago and the other, six year before that, I’m sixty four now, so before I get involved and enthused, will these offences affect my chances of becoming an ADI ?

I’m applying for one now for my taxi driver license renewal, the offences are listed on it usually

Extremely helpful, I hope your channel will grow as it is probably the best I've encountered so far. I used to help with racing techniques 30 years ago in the Porsche Club GB and I was considering having a part-time occupation as a driver instructor so I shall definitely look into it following all your good advice. I looked at Red it's not that there bad but mega over priced with there fees look up a local independent driving school, the fees with red where about £300 a week higher,

You will need to read the DVSA book Driving the essential skills. The Highway Code is included in the app. Plus you will need to read my free band 3 & band 4 revision notes.

No you don’t need an instructor. That relates to your personal reference number which you will be issued once you’ve applied to DVSA to start the process to become a driving instructor. Follow the first few steps of my 19 Step Plan on my website. This will guide you through what to do.

Is it eligible to take part for ADI part 1 test now, if my UK driving license will be three years old in August 2024
You can usually apply to start the qualifying process 6 months before the 3rd anniversary of getting your full licence. This is because it will take at least 6 months to qualify as an ADI.

Can I apply for ADI theory test after 2 years and 6 months for the day when I had my full driving licence
DVSA says:
“You have to have had your full licence for at least 3 years to supervise a learner driver.
You can usually apply to start the qualifying process 6 months before the 3rd anniversary of getting your full licence. This is because it will take at least 6 months to qualify as an ADI”

It’s really frustrating that I keep failing my ADI part one every time when I go to the test center that one marks less ir two Marks less it’s literally so upsetting

Watch the video. I suggest an app. on the video. There are lots of apps available and to be fair they are all very similar.
