The fact that half of the speed run was spent doodling in paint, says alot about the quality of this DLC.

Yup that's what I'm saying. It took 7 minutes to complete it because you have to wait for the map to allow you to pass to the next section. If they didn't have that section, this dlc would be 4 minutes long.

This video feels like you're under contract to not be able to diss the DLC, so you creatively showcase how bad it is in a positive way without breaking contract. Even if that isn't the case, I love the feel of it.

Personally, I hate chaos chambers. They rely too heavily on them. It is so freaking repetitive and boring. The spawn rates and density are atrocious even after the patch. My friends all call it the hide and seek chamber.
@@kaidenkenway8230 The reliance on them needs to be changed for sure, its like amulets and rings, getting a godrolled one is going to take years upon years or just save editing as theres no specific drop for them. also the specific drop rate is so low, it rivals first playthrough borderlands 2 before any of the drop rate increases over the years, thus again pushing you towards more chaos chambers, that they are then barely adding any content to. its kinda frustrating really overall

I want more reasons to go back out in to the wonderlands world, the chambers are cool but they are essentially the same thing over and over regardless of what you fight or what room its in and it gets old fast especially as we have to run so many in trials to get to max, there was a time I would of just reset my campaign and run through the game again at max level just for kicks and enjoyment of the campaign story without the grind for levels and of course some loot but cant even do that anymore as they took the option away

For everyone saying you get for what you pay for, tiny tinas assault on dragon keep was 9.99$... And it has around 5h of game time when focusing on main quest and around 10 for 100% completion

I gotta say, this is the most disappointing moment in any dlc of all time in all games... I were so confused of how to get started with the new dlc after I played the chums side quest, and then realised, that was it.

I pre ordered with the season pass and I regret it. I thought the core game would be cool, it was sort of disappointing.. the chaos chambers lackluster and the dlc? Just trash. I regret spending $100 on what I thought would be a better bl2 / bl3 bc I thought it would have way cooler stuff. Just disappointing. I'm chaos 35 already with a pixie build, always loved the borderlands games but this might just be my last

Did you play the headhunter packs in bl2? It's a dlc very shortly after release. If you were expecting something like the fight for sanctuary then you only have yourself to blame.

Got to Chaos 35 on Day 1 of the patch/dlc launch so I could play this badass looking dlc at maximum difficulty! Went to jump into the dlc aaaaaand "you have to buy this first to play it".... pre-ordered the CGE so that was cool... delete and re-download. Get it working! Fuck yeah let's play it! 8 minutes later and um yeah dlc 1 down. From a day 1 BL1 player who played every single game with every single dlc... this is unacceptable.

Just a heads up to anyone still wavering about the season pass, all 4 dlcs will be just like this. There are NO campaign dlcs (as of now) for wonderlands. I personally think chaos is extremely repetitive and will wait for an actual campaign dlc to drop.

Im pretty confident on bl4 being a good game 3 was for me. Anyway yeah wonderlands i liked it but its OK. I cant believe how much people put it above all games in the liscense. First i took time off and played borderlands 1 while the buff nerf waves and well the dlc didnt convinced me so im pre sequel rn.
@@nikeonnk If BL3s track records is something to go off of, with each successive DLC being worse (first 3 were pretty good, but it was very noticable they had a very set deadline for when they wanted all the DLC to be out), and now this Garbage DLC and Wonderlands steep price tag considering its playtime, nobody should be hopeful for BL4 or its DLCs. If anything, waiting at least half a year is now pretty much required if you want to be sure you're not just wasting your money on another half baked Game with greedy business tactics ruining all its DLCs, whilst also feeding Gearbox's bad ideas.

This whole video is basically to say the dlc is trash af and should have cost 5$ - if anything. 10-15$ (15$ if you canadian) for 8 mins of timegated content (boss upgrades a new phase each week) is pretty wack. we got 2 guns, a class mod, and 3 spells. practically nothing. should've been a free update tbh. EDIT : its also confirmed each dlc in the season pass is gonna be another of these. trash.

My expectations for this dlc was that I was gonna get to explore a carnival but all I got was a Chaos Chamber run with writing that wasn't too shabby. Seriously why is this dlc $10...

Wonderlands is a fun game and I appreciate the fact that they were able to create this during the pandemic, I’m sure it wasn’t easy. However, to release this content and call it a “DLC” is ridiculous; this would’ve been fine if it wasn’t paid content. If this is a preview of what’s to come for the Season/DLC pass, I feel very, very cheated.
The enemies are basically the same as the base game enemies and the entire premise feels like chaos chambers ): really expected more
After seeing this dlc im kinda pissed at myself for spending 80 dollars preordering the chaotic great edition. I really hope the other dlc are good because this is kinda just sad considering bl2 and bl3's dlc could take upwards of 3-4 hours each to finish.
Yep I am high key disappointed. I have been here for every borderlands game and supported them fully and their creative decisions. But this just feels incredibly lazy and honestly like a scam considering the precedent they have set with previous installments. I don’t know who was in charge of this but they need to be fired for okaying this as “main dlc” content.

I’m gonna be honest, I thought ALL 4 mirrors where the first dlc. Kinda glad I didn’t pick it up yet. Currently it is not worth it at all, hopefully they do some serious improvements in the future dlc to make it worthwhile. New classes will definitely help too. Anyway even if I’m not happy with the dlc I still love watching joltz play, good run 😉
It's a joke. Revenge of the cartels had more content, better gear, was cooler and is free. Every Headhunter dlc had more content too! It's not interesting, it's a punch in your face
This is the content you get when people pay for season passes before they even see the DLC. They already have your money so there's no incentive to push quality
Amazing Joltz, I got only a minute slower on my first playthrough which means there is little room for error in this run because of how small but quality the dlc is so I'm extremely shocked you were able to push the dlc this far so quickly, good job dude

$10 for a less cool but more optimized version of the cartels event? Oh no softies we have a problem
The first dlc for borderlands 2 was 10$ and it had 7 entire levels with unique challenges in each, dozens of side quests with new unique items, an entire dlc story, multiple story bosses, optional bosses and 2 raid bosses along with a whole new item rarity beyond legendary.. All 4 DLCs in BL2 had this amount of content EACH and the season pass was 30$.. This first DLC is a complete joke like it literally has less content than the Halloween headhunter pack.
Its worth noting that technically, Joltz wasn't even going for say 100% efficiency and made a few "mistakes" along the way. Meaning that theoretically, he could have probably made this a sub 7 minute run, I'd imagine. Of which, half of that is the game forcing you to wait for 3 minutes...
I'd just like to also officially thank the people online for saving me the 30 bucks that I would have almost definitely spent on this DLC pack...
This DLC cost more in $’s than it is long in minutes.
$10 for 7min and no exploit... Wow well spent money.

You see, Chaos Chamber is fun but it shouldn’t be the main focus of literally any endgame that gets added. Even the raid bosses are only available in Chaos Chamber…
they could’ve added different boss area’s in different locations, like Terramorphous in Thousand Cuts, which needs 500 Moonorbs to summon.
No respawnable enemies, only in Chaos Chamber
New DLC is only centered around Chaos Chamber
Where are Takedowns and guardian trials (Revamped, make a real strategic raid and dungeon like for example; Destiny, not kill some enemies choose portal, kill enemies, choose portal, kill enemies) but really mechanics, maybe even a little quest tied to a raid to summon the Endboss, just make it interactive, repeatable and tie raid/dungeon specific loot to it, maybe even cosmetics themed around it.
Everything is just better then what they doing now with DLC. Literally a Dungeon you can find in the Overworld. I was very happy with the game, and still am. But seeing this DLC? Man, I think it’s the first time I’m not gonna buy a seasonpass from a gearbox game. Disappointed as fuck atm

the pricing of this feels really off. If anything this is barely even worth being a dlc in my opinion. The game already is full price AND shorter then previous borderlands titles. They could have just made this as free post-launch content but no.
These games keep on dragging Borderlands' legacy through the mud if we had everybody who worked on Bl2 make the new games the content would be incredible

The moment the "dlc" opened i started playing, beat all 4 levels of this in under 30 minutes. Before they hotfixed it out. Even with all 4 levels this is an absolute joke of "dlc". Everything added could easily have been added through a free update. If this is going to be all 4 dlcs and we have to wait for dlc 4 to get the other class, most people are going to stop playing by the time it all comes out. I have 0 interest in running chaos chambers to level 100 or whatever it will likely end on.

If use you use a dagger storm for the 3 high totems you can throw one dagger storm at the top of the totem and 1 dagger storm at the bottom. That solves them for me in 90% of the cases.
it saves a lot of time since you are basically done with each totem in 2 reloads. and you can just just walk away
