Beautiful Big old girl. I thought it would be a bit quicker on the hoist. I have a mechanical 22RB it was used most as a yard crane towards the end of it's working life. I'd love to try air controls to see the difference.
I’m back lol if you’re up for it would be cool to hear some explanation of the controls and methodology of what you’re trying to accomplish. I know personally as a truck crane operator i am constantly trying to reach an optimal work flow but each lift is a bit off due to machine limitations or timing. I’m out doing “k-rail” tonight. This type of job is one of the few that come close to duty cycle like what you are doing. Most truck crane jobs have too many variables to compare to dredging
it would also be great to make a movie outside the dragline as it digs to hear how the cummins sings!
That’s a good idea

I have done a little bit of digger with my 1968 10rb but most the time I ave done crane work with it
It’s a 1959
Never knew that they had air control then
This machine has had a lot of retrofitting throughout the years. At some point I plan to do a walk around video of it.
