Good engine this 1.2. Non turbo but you would be surprised how well it pulls.
Update. Ive just bought the boosterjet version new, with big discount. Turbo power yay !

is it good for indian roads...may be they put more plastics before dump in india
My 1.0 liter turbo is more fuel efficient than this hybrid, I get 6.3L per 100km.
I guess it's also thanks to the CVT gear.

Between this and the baleno which one do you prefer?
Baleno is more spacious, but Swift feels more agile and better to drive. Swift for me!
Project Automotive i did test drive in the Baleno but in my country the have different engines. Baleno has 1.4 94 hp and swift 1.2 82 hp the old version. I will have to test drive the Swift and compare. I think that difference will turn down the agility of the swift.
manual transmission on a hybrid ? suzuki is crazy.
Haha hardly a real hybrid, just some marketing tactics by the company here.
Dominik Sterle its a small capacity lighweight unit, but enough to help with economy and small power boost.
It’s a mild hybrid. The battery is only there to run the electrics and send power to the wheels for acceleration
And it helps a lot with those stupid EU emission limits.
