tyty i really appreciate that feedback, the configurations are obviously very good for myself, i just hope people can see theses overviews to get some inspiration or ideas for their own use!
Yes! Please stay tuned. The plan is to release them on a weekly basis but sometimes we just get caught up with life. Thanks for sticking in there, we should have another podcast coming out this week!
Hot take: forward assist is not useless, especially if you're running a law folder, but even if you aren't. They are good for press checks and when trying to separate the upper from the lower on the law folder and helping to get the bolt back forward into battery after you've removed the little dingus thing from the back of the carrier. I've had malfunctions with bad (factory) ammo and the Law folder poses unique challenges when addressing them, as in case of serious malfunctions where you need to quickly remove the bcg or put it back forward in battery may be more difficult to do without it and take yet more precious time as you can't always get enough leverage on the little scallop cutout through the ejection port to get it forward enough in more extreme conditions. Just my $0.02
That is actually a really good point, I mostly joke about the forward assist being useless as a meme because I don't believe a good course of action if your gun doesn't fire is to just jam the bcg forward with the forward assist however I will acknowledge that the specific context you're bringing up is a pretty good use of a Forward Assist.
slick build👌🏻
The Arms Unlimited Ambi mag release is really good. Colt actually uses it in their ambi parts kit.
Yeah it's a great low pro mag release, I didn't realize colt uses it in their ambi parts kit, that's neat!
That build is sick! Top dot is gonna be the cherry on top 🍒
The quality of your weapon configurations is absolutely insane! I would have built the equivalent if I didn't live in a land locked in hell. ☭
