The girl doesn't look for the ball. She always look in front of her. Looking for the ball could help her to rotate the shoulder. In general I have to say that I really like the way you explain and promote padel. I'm a big fan. Thanks

Could you do a video on how to hit volley's, as in contact point, angle etc. Any tricks to make sure to hit volleys right? I feel like when I try to volley I either volley the ball too high (easy to return) or too low into the net.
Does the pushing through the door analogy apply also on the forehand volley or is there another analogy you'd use to help feel the technique of the shot?
girl uses wrist with het BH volley which gives a contact point ay to far up front. Impossible for her to direct her ball to a target. typical beginners issue with BH volley and very difficult to correct
