Loved this episode. Listening to Frank tell his stories and seeing him light up bringing him back to the good ole days was awesome . Bringing him " back to the kitchen table" is exactly what you boys did . Keep em coming.
Gentlemen thanks for bringing us Frank. What an unbelievable Firefighter and man. Awesome. I can’t remember what I did last year let alone my whole career.
Thank you for your stories, Mr. Soimeno. It looks like you had a good time. Thank you Lou, Kubes and Pete for providing a platform for these great firefighters to tell their stories, and for preserving history.
Great show! I enjoy listening to the podcasts, as my late father was a Driver/Equipment Operator for the Baytown Fire Department in Baytown Texas (just East of Houston Texas).
Conrad Metzger. I'm not certain, but I was once told that Connie had submitted written material concerning Queen Anne operations to the 12th Division. And, that that material was utilized when "Ladders 4 Private Dwellings" was written. ("Ladders 2" concerned Aerial Ladder operations.)

Was the Connie Mexler(so) involved in writing Ladders 2?

I thought I remembered my dad talking about him and his father being involved with it when they were in 102 in the late 60’s early 70’s
@@joedonnelly5244 Yes, I believe his son was in 102.
