He can try to delete whatever he wants from the phone, but they should be able to find everything they need on her phone records. Texts, calls, pictures etc. even if it's been deleted. From the interview with the fisherman from a different channel, he said an”off duty but on call” officer was there when he came back and the officer told him all about what the investigation was and details if the 911 call. JP left a kayak somewhere near or in the water ready to use near where Mica was to be parked later. He paid someone to hide in Mica’s backseat at her apartment and knew her work schedule. She got in the car. Was grabbed forcibly and warned if she did not do everything she was told they would kill her Godmother being tracked elsewhere. So Mica took every step she was asked to- go buy gun, go get gas in case she didn’t have enough to get to the state park- then she was told to park at the state park and get into the kayak waiting there. She was then forced to shoot herself once they were out of view of anyone. Seems this fisherman only heard one shot when there were multiple shell casings and a bullet in the tree near her body. IF they had asked the family who passed in the boat I would bet they heard several gunshots and crying.

She was explaining how God intervened to prevent a suicide, but we're not given the beginning of the tale where she may have said, "She wrote...." or "He said....", etc.
Also, on the 911 call, she said she wanted her family to be able to find her body. But, why not do it in her apartment? Her car? Why go out into a remote/restricted location if the aim was to be found easily?

From the interview with the fisherman from a different channel, he said an”off duty but on call” officer was there when he came back and the officer told him all about what the investigation was and details if the 911 call. If that is true then we can conclude that it wasn’t really an officer as o highly doubt an officer would do that or Ben know specifics from the call.

JP left a kayak somewhere near or in the water ready to use near where Mica was to be parked later. He paid someone to hide in Mica’s backseat at her apartment and knew her work schedule. She got in the car. Was grabbed forcibly and warned if she did not do everything she was told they would kill her Godmother being tracked elsewhere. So Mica took every step she was asked to- go buy gun, go get gas in case she didn’t have enough to get to the state park- then she was told to park at the state park and get into the kayak waiting there. She was then forced to shoot herself once they were out of view of anyone. Seems this fisherman only heard one shot when there were multiple shell casings and a bullet in the tree near her body. IF they had asked the family who passed in the boat I would bet they heard several gunshots and crying.
Q: did she buy the gun with cash? Did she buy the gas and food with cash? That was probably part of the plan to ensure she couldn’t claim she had no funds for the gun or the gas. Is there record from her checking account of withdrawing cash leading up to this? There was rumor she had to borrow funds for paying the lawyer and her rent…
Remember....the fisherman would probably know the lay of that land. Hes from the area and seems like he has been on that river many, many times. So it wouldnt surprise me that he would know things like land owners and such.....possibly. idk. But this case is not right all the way around, no doubt!!
Since daily this case gets crazier and crazier …. Does the park not have any cameras not even at the parking location? That would solve a lot as to if Mica indeed drove her car there , anyone else driving her car, what the witnesses did that day , what they drove ect. After the grocery store , no cameras at all picked up Mica on any highways or light poles?

I heard that Lumberton and Myrtle Beach had connections in the past dealing with human trafficking. That river being on the edge his land is very convenient, to say the least. I wouldnt be surprised if there was an airport close by or a make-shift landing stretch on that land.

I thought it was odd that the fisherman said in the beginning that he picked up her belongings. Why would you touch anything if you knew something was going on? You wouldn’t want to touch the evidence of anything, not that the police cared about evidence, but still. That raised a red flag to me In the very beginning.

I just re-listened to this, and it wasn’t that kayak or who found her body that left and came back in a different car, it was the fisherman he left with his truck and his boat or kayak whatever it was connected to his truck came back in a white challenger, told authorities he went to go get a lighter. It wasn’t the kayaker who found her body.
i believe she withdrew 500 because someone lured her out there to have her murdered. They know how she was willing to help anyone who asked her. They used her kindness to kill her. They forced her hands( a strong man , thats why bruises on her hand.) To pull the trigger. But he released her when the gun went off, partly because blood splash on him and she ran into the water as fast as she could to excape, but died where she fell. Thats what i see happened.

True and it is also contaminating evidence. Common sense says to leave it slone, especially after hearing the shot. He possibly saw the $500 and had other intentions. Its also possible he didn't have a cell phone but he should have gone straight to someone to contact 911 immediately and say he had her belongings.

You could tell from the video footage in the gas station that Mica was glancing around and then there is that truck that circled numerous times. Why would Mica end up at that National Park that she had no connection to, but that she just happened to be found dead in where coincidentally the attorney's property just happens to back up to it? Yep, IMO it was a hit and the reason her arm was scratched and hand bruised is because she struggled with someone who eventually got their hand around hers on the handgrip and forced her finger on the trigger. What did the gun do walk 130 feet or however far it was away from her after she fired it? Look at the time lapses too between the Chief of Detectives showing up and the regular detectives showing up. Not to mention the EMS personnel who were on scene yet look at how long it took them to arrive where Mica's body was. And then that "particular" ME was called in. Yeah this stinks to high Heaven of murder and cover-up IMO. The question in my mind is what or who got her to walk 20 minutes through dense vegetation to go back to a snake and what looked like a possibly gator invested area?

JP Miller is not qualified (for many reasons) to be a Pastor. I understand that he is the "pastor" of that church, but we need to stop referring to him with the Pastoral title. He doesn't meet a single requirement that Scripture lays out for a Pastor.
JP demanded that Mica meets her way out there so they could “talk”. If she wants a divorce come out there and I’ll sign your papers when ready if you meet me. JP says “let’s just talk” and he makes her or begs her. She complies, is afraid for her safety, and gets armed on her way.
This could be possible if he was under the PO at the time (I've read reports he was and some he wasn't). If so, he could be in trouble if caught meeting her with a PO in place. No doubt he was coercing her and communicating during this time, either way. This is a classic move in DV and Narcissism. The victim wants to believe they are safe, but in their gut they know they are not.
I think that is the most likely scenario .
They know exactly where he was when she did what she did.

'Where's the pa rk located at?', .. Mica then says Into the phone 'Fair Bluff??'. That portion of the 911 recording has been edited out of from what i have been hearing on other channels that play the call. Is yours an unedited copy? You will also notice that Mica the operator asked for her number but instead Mica can be heard asking someone the location of the park. I believe She was trying to stall, while doing what she was told to do. The sequence of questions and answers do not match the other recording of her 911 call. Your recording holds clues the others do not. I hope you can colab w/ others on this.

In Mica's 911 call, there is another voice in the back ground....and another channel picked up on other voices in the 911 call too. Crazy!! But the one thing that stays with me is one of the first interviews with the fisherman.....he mentions towards the end of the interview. " i hope they look into this because something didnt seem right". That might not be the exact quote, however that caught my attention and im thinking nobody is talking about that. What did he mean?? Now we are hearing more specifics from the fisherman. Hmmmm? I dont understand why the fisherman collected her belongings, and not just left it there how her belongs were and then called police. But his final comment he made in that interview had me intrigued. I feel like nobody questioned that statement, its been bothering me, its odd. Now it looks like the fisherman is speaking more. Lets keep seeing what comes out.
I am so upset that this fake pastor and this fake lawyer are going to get away with murder, shame on the police department for not doing a thorough investigation and for allowing him to cremate her so fast.. I just watched a case where a husband said his wife fell down the stairs and died but they did another autopsy and over a year later the 2nd autopsy showed that she was strangled and he was arrested, but in this case her body was cremated in just a manner of days smh
