How to change thermostat-2006 hyaundai sonata

how do you change the hose? i have a leak at the bottom of mine that connects to my radiator and i’m tryna save a couple hundred and do it myself rather than take it somewhere

I have the same car. Do you know if it has a second thermostat at the top radiator hose in the housing directly above the one you replaced?

Its good to do but it is not a necessity
