I would appreciate a video on battery details. The provided paperwork doesn’t help a lot. Such as how the key works. It says to not ride with the key in the lock which makes sense but I can’t get the key out in any position without the bike turning off. Maybe I’m missing something. Also, I plugged it in and the light is red on charge brick. Is that charging? Error? How do I know how charged it is?

I’m thinking about purchasing this e bike, however I do need to know one thing! I read someone else’s review that said you can change pedal assist level 5 to have a higher top speed (around 50kph) is this true? Would be helpful for when I get off the roads and on to the trail! Thanks :)

The maximum speed is 20MPH, and the speed cannot be cracked

Anyone having issues with bike shutting off after hitting bumps? Unsure if it's battery or motor. Have to turn key off then back on to get it back on.
