Funny you say that, as I mention this on the ride out yesterday! You get the false sense of security, like you're sat in a quiet pub, with an open log fire in front of you, and a nice glass of red in your hands, and then WHAM! Ice! haha
Currently in southern Portugal it’s on average 18 degs this week and apart from today no rain in sight. Great empty roads 👍 Toms music taste is definitely questionable 😉 but he’s ace 👍

Is anyone else a bit worried about Egone? I get the impression Rich is trying to make light of the situation but if it was a man 'controlling' a woman in that way, there would be a lot of concerned people. If Egone's other half is in fact stopping him from riding and socialising with his closest friends, that is a really dangerous relationship to be in. If that's the case, hopefully he finds it in him to get out of it.

I am a fat b@stard since I started truck driving that omad diet sounds like a plan and I'll give that a try , I was 12stone (6ft1) 9 years ago then I started tramping I am now near 19 stone , I'll try this and let you know how I go .
Yes do give it a shot. Will do you the world of good. First couple of weeks will be tough, whilst you “adjust”, but after, it’s a doddle! Eat a good solid meal at teatime, pretty much what you want, but that’s it. Nothing else til tomorrow’s teatime!
