i would say watch kid like shows (strawberry shortcake, winx, glitter force doki doki, etc), if you have an stuffies then you can use those and maybe use blankets that you have to curl up or build a fort !!

.. bought my first one two weeks ago after thinking about for years. And honestly it's not weird at all considering my groceries already contain a stack of baby wipes and baby lotion that I just use as makeup remover because it's cheaper, I figured at this point and my age I could walk into any drogerie and buy a paci and they would let me 🤩 it's like whole new world ....

I actually work at a dollar store and I promise we don't bat an eye at anything you need us to cash you out for ❤ and if someone happens to ask you can always say they're for your friends baby, your little sibling, for a baby shower, there's so many responses you can pick ❤ my go if I get asked by my coworkers is that i babysit my little cousins, and I like to keep stuff at home for them, and spoil them! heheee
But if you absolutely can't muster up the courage you can always suck your thumb!!! I love thumbsucking, I think it's so cute, but I have to be very regressed to do it and be comfy! I'm a germaphobe when I'm not regressed and I just canttt do it even if I was my hands before it still makes me feel icky 🤧
precious heart pacifiers can be taken apart with a hammer and screwdriver. or boil them in water and then immediately after removing them from the water pop the button off
Some mams are so difficult to get loose and I've had to have my partner get the button off for me! Maybe if you boil it first to soften the plastic it might be easier but pls be careful! 💙
You can turn the baby pacis into a stuffie paci like a pin it's what I did cause I couldn't mod mine >.

Sometimes people end up actually really liking the smaller teats! The mam baby teats for the oldest age are actually pretty comfortable to me!

I usually get pacis off Etsy to get a latex teat with them cause I prefer the latex pacis cause the clear ones taste weird to me
I boil mines a few minutes to sterilize and it helped to take away the plastic taste (I don't speak English, sorry if I say something wrong)
