Even when I was like eight, I had what my dad called a ‘baby voice’ that I’d slip into sometimes where I articulated less and whatnot. So these kinds of videos really help me to be little again, to whatever extent I can.
For some reason, ive beeen TERRIFIED of childrens toys. It makes me feel uncomfortable whenever i hold/see one. Thats why my regress toys are not so "childrens". I have this 16(?) Inch winona that helps me, but also LEDS and videos help tooo
@FinnEnsunsa-t4y regression is a trauma response and/or a symptom. i only regress when going through a period of severe stress. be glad you don't regress because alot of the time it's not fun. you can age "dream" though. kinda like playing pretend. you can still play and "be a kid" in a sense still :) don't worry

Regressing DOES relieve stress but only because it's something someone's brain does in response to a traumatic event or a mental health disorder. "Regular" (and I use this term for lack of a better word) people cannot regress just for funsies.
