    We just bought a 1.0 manual in elegance in space grey. Coming on 17th July. Trading in our Puma ST Line. The Hyundai PCP GMFV is higher than the Ford finance model meaning although the car is a couple of grand more, the payment remained the same. It’s our third PCP deal and we went in with a lower deposit on the first one which has served us well. No cash in last two deals and same payment. Went from fiesta titanium to puma st and now Kona elegance. Bigger car each deal. PCP works well if you know what you are at.

    Awesome video and great review. Only need Hyundai Ireland to launch a campaign to standardize the name over there as it's pronounced 'Hyun-DAY' everywhere in the world except the UK/Ireland (though I am finally starting to see the UK reviews finally start to get the name right). In the UK, we get the 1.0 petrol and the 1.6 hybrid like you do in Ireland, but also, we get a 1.6 turbopetrol with 198PS. Sadly only FWD for the 1.6T; there is an AWD model available in some other European countries such as Spain and Germany, and they even sell it as RHD in Cyprus and Australia.

    • @DaveDVideoMaker
      @DaveDVideoMaker Год назад

      I also found that Romanian spec models will get the same engine options as Ireland, plus the 1.0 7DCT. So Romania will also miss out on the AWD 1.6T.

      @@dancingmau5 When I looked at the Hyundai RO website, only the 1.0 TGDi (6MT and 7DCT) and 1.6 GDi Hybrid will be offered in Romania. I think it’s a shame you won’t get the 1.6T (AWD) in Romania. I think it’s also a shame the outgoing Kona N was never offered in your country, and the i20N isn’t sold there. That baffles me.

    • @sachah2400
