- Looting was reported in parts of Philadelphia on Tuesday, October 27, the day after the fatal police shooting of a black man, Walter Wallace Jr, in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The shooting sparked protests across the city.
Police said 30 officers were injured during protests on Monday, including a female officer whose leg was broken when she was struck by a vehicle.
This footage, shared by Brendan Gutenschwager, shows the ransacked and flooded aisles of the Walmart in the Port Richmond neighborhood on October 28.

I am employed at Walmart as a regular sales floor associate. I live one hour away from Philly. I went to the management meeting today and the store manager informed us to be careful and brace for any worse. Whether the outcome of this election will determine the looters looting the Walmart that I work at or not, but seriously, this isn't the way to solve the issue. I know we are living at the tough times, but what happened here, I feel seriously bad for those who will either have to clean up all that mess or unemployed and not receive their paycheck for their hard worked weeks.
Maybe someone will just hold the people who did this accountable?

My English friend took his family to Ghana (I think) Africa where him and his wife worked and deposited their money in a government bank account. At the end of 3 years the Ghana government confiscated all their money and kicked them out. Good way to have a willing slave for 3 years.
This is what happens when socialism takes goods and services out of the free market. A private sector bank couldn't get away with that. Free market competition would discourage it, and fair business practices laws would punish it.
