Hi - I just had to say this has been a TOTAL GAME CHANGER for me, a newbie to all this. Thank you. I started a series of Children's Coloring Books about Little Life Lessons like "I can get dressed by myself" I can do this or that, preparing them for life and I was finished with book 5 and not one sale. So, i had a rethink and did a lot of research and put them in a totally different category, which had lowish BSR's and great numbers so now i changed all my keywords, added some to my description (since the title and subtitle can't be changed now). I will follow up and let you know if it helps. It might be a day or two since I just did it today. THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR SHARING THIS. I WAS TOTALLY STUCK. God bless you!

I wanted to give whoever is reading this a heads up. I’ve been publishing KDP books on Amazon and have had some success.
I recently found my books, as well as other books, being sold on TikTok Shops with the price marked up higher. I’m pretty sure what they are doing is buying the books on Amazon, which is cheaper, and then reselling them on TikTok shops at a higher price.
Because of this, I will no longer be selling any books on Amazon and have unpublished my books, which broke my heart.
I think you should do a video about this and let other authors know what’s going on with TikTok shops. This is a major problem and I don’t think a lot of authors are aware. Thank you.

@@alimas2106 id take a look at which type you want to create because outsourcing will cost a lot. I'd highly highly recommend checking out math worksheets generator that I promoted last year.

I'm from Pakistan and when i tried to setup my Biling&Payment Process to run ads on my book it's not accepting my card. You know why?
Does anyone experience that auto ads with no or less impressions for first few weeks of the book launching though I tried raise the bid to 1 dollar...

None of these tools are able to use Amazon's data so to me they are useless and a waste of money that could be spent better on other areas of the business
Why do you say they might be running ads to them? You can tell which book has ads cause it'll say sponsored right on the listing for the book.
Because the organic listing and advertisement are separate, sales from the ad listing will boost the organic listing which won't have a sponsored label

Hi Chris, I hope everything is fine. I hope you can help me. I know you get a lot of people to ask you this, but this is very important to me. I made my first coloring book with Swear words and coloring pages for adults, but it was rejected due to vulgar language. My book does not have Vogel language on the front cover. Some books. In this category have. That is on the front cover. I don’t get it. Why? I tried Shawn’s way. The first manual adds. Then I was going to try your next, automatic ads. If you can help me with this, I appreciate it, but I do understand. That you’re a busy man. I figured I’d send you this. Shot in the dark. I hope you reply to me. I can always send you, my email. Why you say some books are awful? And how you can say it? Judging others people books? And they are pretty good to me.
😂 because they're AWFUL! For crying out loud, don't watch the video "this ONE thing is damaging your KDP sales" if you think he's being rude in this video... in that video he really gets honest and seriously thats what you should be happy about. Unless you like being lied to of course?
You really need to develop a thicker skin if you want to succeed in entrepreneurship... he isn't being rude about someone's personal looks he's showing you whst is a bad book and what won't sell - peehaps you'd rather be told how amazing all those books are that aren't selling and are a waste of time and money publishing? They look pretty good to you - which is likely because you've no experience in publishing, which is why i would guess you've clicked on this video.
If you're getting triggered by his comments on other people's low quality offerings, how will you feel when your own products are judged by low or non existent sales and bad reviews?
Imagine one of the art masters being so sensitive whenever their teacher told them that their work wasn't great?
Usually, producing something amazing comes from first seeing what's terrible.
The truth doesn't care about your feelings and if you've done any amount of research into this topic you'll have found already that those low quality AI offerings are what most of the ten a penny "gurus" are telling you to do. And while the idea seems simple etc its just adding another low quality product to a huge pile of low quality products.
The very reason etsy has recently put a massive block on such mass produced, ai pod products because the site has become saturated with rubbish. But if you've such confidence in the books you're referring to, have at it and I'd love to hesr about your success in the future 🤔
Which Ai do you recommend using? Midjourney? Dalli-E? Ideogram?
