Thank you Chris for making these videos and being real. When i say real, you're giving us the information straight forward and really diving into every corner of the processes, unlike other youtubers, they make a flashy video thumbnail with click bait words and don't really mention EVERY thing. So thank you for giving us the real information without sugarcoating, or beating around the bush.
I am usually a skeptic when it comes to KDP Ytubers. This is a rare well presented honest approach and information is solid 🪨 Going to rewatch later. Thanks man!
Great advice Chris. I am a sucker for keeping an ad going for too long, or not giving up on a book when it doesn't get good sales in the first 2-3 weeks.
Thank you so much. I think this was exactly the video I needed right now. I hit a growth curve similar to that one you have after 11 days and I have kind of panicked about things going wrong but I'm much better off than I thought; your case study is really really helpful
I have a seasonal book. I did ads as soon as it went live. Ranked third on first page (for 3 different key phrases). Sold a few hundreds. Season over, sales stopped.
I would be very grateful for your video where You create a title and subtitle for books and boxes. Could You please tell me if You add for exaple easter book-how early you add this book? Month before?
Chris As always excellent information and excellent strategy. I have been following you for more than 2 years and I am always thankful to you for giving actionable information.,Looking forward to live Zoom calls you hinted earlier. Looking forward to your bonus for the 18th launch of math…. You know what I am talking about LOL. Thank you Chris
Thanks, Chris. Love your videos. One question I'd like to see answered in some of your upcoming videos is, when running ad campaigns for your launch, is it better to focus on just a few main keywords that are the most relevant? Or spread your budget out over more keywords, and include keywords which are relevant but aren't the "main" keywords for your book? Or do you just run auto ads and let Amazon figure it out?
Hi Zombie - so the short answer is: no. Longer answer is: I'd like to pursue this when I feel even more confident in my teaching abilities to make it worthwhile for people. Saying that, I am kind of doing a tester group call session very soon -- and while that is not exactly mentoring, it will have similar aspects, so look out for that with the release of the new software soon
@@ChrisRaydog we spoke a little via Email. Lost touch some how. "Babygator". I have several book ready to be published but want to have an Advertising game plan down before then. I will continue to make/have made more books until your trail program is ready. Thanks.
I have a question, after the 2 weeks of launch, do you reduce the budget of ads or the bid or both? Anyway, you are amazing, really bro, i understood and learned more things in 4 your videos than in a entire course
That’s question I want to ask too. Just to add my question. After the launch period, what campaign bidding strategy do you use? Dynamic bids down only or up and down? Are you reducing the bid and budget too? After auto ads during launch period, then you you create manual exact keywords only? Or you do broad keywords and phrases keywords too?
Thanks Chris. Are timed launches good for children's math workbooks where you might create seasonal 'extension' packs with Christmas, or Halloween specific themes and designs alongside the evergreen workbooks that seek to fulfil one academic years' worth of curriculum material?
I have a question .. when you launch the book in the first few days amazon will describe in the book not in stock yet . Are going to spend on ads after that period?
What's your opinion on author names being brand names vs real sounding pen names? I made 118 books both paperback and hardcover versions under 11 brand names. I'm hearing now I should of made all my author names real sounding and that my account would eventually get banned. Should I go back and unpublish those books? Thank you sir.
@ChrisRaydog Sure! :) I clicked the links in your description to the software for building different types of books. I'd rather just pay once for all of it. Is that an option, or would I need to buy each program individually?

Awesome ! Thank you, great video! Quick question - how do you see what keywords Amazon is choosing to use in auto ads?
Thanks Chris! 😊

Very helpful. Thank you! Do you also launch eBooks following the same patter, i.e., with ads?

Are you available to be hired for mentoring?

I make $4k a month and have never done a decent launch. All of my books are evergreen.
Great tips, thanks for sharing!
My last book Amazon placed me at BSR 400k and after 6 weeks it moved to 1.6 M so the honeymoon stage is absolutely correct.

How do you monitor keyword rankings/performance? Is that something KDP shows or is it a software/program you have?

When you say ‘spend’ do you mean high bids or high budget?
Chris - how do you check the organic sales against the ad sales. I’m confused about that. Where do you look?
Total sales minus ad sales. Amazon doesn't explicitly report organic sales.
Can you make a video using your strategies to create and launch a book but not spend any money on ads?
dude, watch this one first lmao
If I made that video it would just be based off theory and not what I actually do
....it cant be done......
The software you are beta testing......is there going to be an option to get all of the software in one program? Do you know?
Can you explain that further?
@ChrisRaydog Sure! :) I clicked the links in your description to the software for building different types of books. I'd rather just pay once for all of it. Is that an option, or would I need to buy each program individually?
It all ads up real quick $$. Organic sales is where its at... Good luck finding a profitable niche!
