    --------
I spent a ridiculous amount of time when I was little playing Tomb Raiders 1 through 5 on my Playstation and always loved Nathan McCree's tunes in the earlier ones - I would often stop in a level when something played to listen to it without sound effects over the top. Since the early games used redbook audio, I'd put the disc in my CD player as well as my Playstation.
Similarly for the 2013 Tomb Raider reboot, I remember waiting when climbing the radio tower to listen to the music. Most players will only hear it for about 10 seconds; it's such a tiny piece it doesn't even appear on the game's soundtrack, but it's beautiful and what I chose to arrange here.
I tackled Tomb Raider back when I made terrible music as a teen; besides Final Fantasy it was a go-to for me - though since apparently I'm back out of retirement, doing Tomb Raider (more) properly was an obvious choice.
The order of the games in the title/image is more or less a guide to the order of inspiration for the arrangement, you win useless imaginary internet points if you can pick out all the hits and motifs from the various games.

Hey you used to do that too ayyy? I used to put other cds in my Playstation also and it would mostly work until the screen had to load. Compared to what I came from before that, (Sega genesis) the sound really just went straight to the top level with the Sony. Also yup placing the Cds in a stereo did work a lot of times. It was a trip. I used to play Tomb Raider a lot too. I would get to a high points and look waaaaaay down and think these graphics are insane nowadays. You claim to have made terrible music as a teenager, but I'm sure you're just being rough on yourself as usual. I see you tend to do that a bit but I liked what you did here a lot and sorry, no useless internet points for me. Whatever program you're using has some great sounding instruments. I'm glad you came out of retirement though thanks to Harpsiboard, (Harpsibored) and someday maybe I'll thank her. I guess we owe it to her that you came and did this by listening to her that you should come back and do this and did it or something. 😁 Now I wanna hear your teenager music haha. Yeah I know, not happening. 🤣
