I make crappy arrangements/remixes using 20+ year old tools.

I only do music from games I know, and I only heard of this game this year when another Dwelling Of Duels (monthly VGM remix competition) contestant shared it.
This song felt like instant cover bait to me and I couldn't shake ideas of how I'd arrange it etc, so when a compatible month came up with July's "Silent Protagonist" theme, I decided to do it 😊

Very great work, gladly subscribed. Now listen, I'm a Sephiroth fangirl, can't help it, got "I can fix him" vibes all over and in a way I'm sorry. When Sephiroth was on screen, even in Remake and Rebirth now, I'm a little chilled, excited (uh, for a fight. I think), and believe I can win. Despite his best efforts, he forgets that his theme music is awesome for everyone and will help me defeat him. When BEATRIX pulls up, I *KNOW* I'm gonna die. She doesn't have theme music, that's the world intentionally warping in order to make sure WE understand what she's felt and done, and that she no longer believes in or knows WHY. And I'm gonna drown in the rain on my own blood. And neither of us were fully sure of why. Great renditions, thank you VERY much RophMusic. Subscribed.

Ah, unfortunately I don't have any, I don't write music in notation but as.... guitar tabs, if you can believe it 😳 I did try opening a MIDI fo this into MuseScore once but.... yeah, I can't read sheet music but even I knew that was absolute gibberish 😅 I may find someone who's able to engrave properly someday to adapt it, who knows 😳

This is an awesome rendition and Squall can be quite brutal and cold, but I think it's kinda hilarious. 😁 This brings me back a lot of good memories and although the game wasn't as good as FF7 or FF9 to me, it still had it's great moments and a sweet soundtrack.
